Perovskite alkaline-earth stannate MSnO3(M=Ca,Sr and Ba)has been widely used in photocatalysis,perovskite solar cells,transparent conductive films and gas sensors due to its high electron mobility,acid-base and thermal stability.However,it is limited by its wide band gap(3.1-4.3 e V),so it is very important to adjust the band gap of alkali earth tin to make visible light(400-760 nm)absorbable,which is conducive to further study of alkali earth tin and broaden its application range.With the continuous progress of the global economy,the demand of our society for new functional materials is more diversified.As one of the new functional materials,thermochromic materials have been widely used in life.Through previous work summary and theoretical calculation,we know that the perovskite structure has many doping choices,and both A and B doping can adjust its band gap and photoelectric performance.Therefore,in this paper,barium stanoate(Ba SnO3)is chosen as the research object,through the metal La,Eu and Tb doping its A site,Cr,Fe and Co to doping its B site,in the temperature range of 25??550?to test the thermochromic properties of the above materials and on this basis to further study the practical application.It was found that the undoped barium stannate was extremely light yellow at room temperature,and the material's yellow color was obviously deepened with the temperature increase,and it was dark yellow at 550?.The discolorization of Eu and La doped barium stannate is similar to that of undoped barium stannate.Tb doped barium stannate shows lemon color at room temperature and coffee color at 550?.The color of Fe,Co and Cr doped materials ranges from dark yellow,reddish brown and earth yellow at room temperature to light earth yellow,khaki and olive color at550?,respectively.The doped barium stannate nanomaterial prepared in this work has a wide range of applications and is expected in the fields of temperature-sensitive paint,which is of great significance to the research and application of alkaline earth stannate perovskite nanomaterials.
