In order to reduce the interference of magnetic field to needle valve and the rebound amplitude and time of the needle selector,the electromagnetic driving force and movement process of the needle selector are analyzed in this paper On the basis of the research on the characteristics of the needle selector,The magnetic isolation of the solenoid valve and the optimisation of the reflex from the head of the shield shall be investigated.(1)To understand the working principle of the magnetic needle selector,the kinematics and magnetic field of the research and analysis of magnetic needle selector provide theoretical basis for simulation and experiment.(2)The space magnetic field strength and torque of permanent magnet material are obtained by electromagnetic field simulation software.In the fifth chapter,the magnetic field intensity of some positions is measured and verified Gauss.On this basis,the magnetic separator and The structure of the magnetic separator is optimized by analyzing the solenoid valve,and the optimization results are obtained.(3)Using LS-DYNA module of ANSYS Workbench,the oscillating process of needle cutting head under the action of electromagnetic force is simulated,and the detailed data of movement and springback process are obtained.Correctness verification by the actual time and speed of the cutter head swing obtained from the following high-speed camera experiment.At the same time,the influence factors of baffle structure on the springback of needle selecting cutter head are studied,and the structure is optimized according to this.
