In view of the low level of research and development of domestic seamless underwear machines,the self-developed equipment has a single function,the forming weaving process lacks long-term stability and reliability,and the implementation of device abnormality detection is insufficient,and there are many gaps compared with foreign countries.Happening.This paper mainly studies the forming knitting control technology of seamless underwear machine,combined with the integrated drive and inspection technology to further improve the forming knitting control technology.While optimizing the actuator drive,it accurately locates the cause of the abnormal failure of the actuator,which is beneficial to improve Weaving quality of domestic seamless underwear machines,adjust and upgrade the technical structure,and narrow the gap with foreign advanced technology.Based on the analysis of the forming knitting process and related working principles of the seamless underwear machine,this article summarizes the control requirements and control indexes of forming knitting.Firstly,analyze the working principle and control mode of the typical yarn-changing actuators and density-adjusting actuators that are key to forming knitting,and analyze the characteristics and control performance of the yarnchanging device and the density-adjusting device respectively through modeling and simulation to obtain the optimal control.Method: For the yarn change device,the solenoid valve of the yarn guide is driven by the high-position holding output first,and then the PWM pulse control with 2000 Hz frequency and 60% duty cycle is used to improve the response speed and stability of the solenoid valve,and through analysis The current of the coil loop is used to determine the operating status of the solenoid valve and the cause of abnormal failure;for the density adjustment device,the density stepper motor adopts a mixed attenuation mode,and is driven by a Sp Ta acceleration and deceleration algorithm based on semi-closed loop control to improve the dynamics of the density motor characteristic.Then combined with the control requirements of forming knitting,the overall design plan of the yarn change and density adjustment control unit is proposed,which realizes the forming knitting with integrated drive and inspection technology,and accurately locates the abnormal failure of the actuator.The yarn guide is controlled by high-position holding and PWM pulse output,and the coil current value is sampled by ADC to determine its working status;the density stepper motor is controlled by Sp Ta acceleration and deceleration based on semi-closed loop control;the real-time operating system u COS? is used as the control unit software Framework to ensure the real-time and scalability of the software.Finally,the forming knitting test is performed to verify the modeling analysis results,and the braid is analyzed through the knitting test,which proves that the forming knitting control technical solution is feasible and stable.This article combines the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the forming knitting control technology,and proposes a forming knitting control technology plan that meets the needs,which will help to make the forming knitting process of the domestic seamless underwear machine more reliable and stable,and make the domestic seamless underwear machine work better.Towards high-speed and intelligent.
