With the rapid development of intelligence,how to replace the traditional manual monitoring of fabric defects with high-performance machine monitoring in the real-time production of industrial circular knitting machines,that is an urgent problem to be solved.To solve this problem,this paper came up with a real-time industrial industrial circular knitting machines detection and control system.The main task of system design has two parts including control and detection,and both parts of the work need to meet the real-time processing requirements.The control task is to solve the problem of how to let the computer control the status of start-stop in the industrial knitting machines.The detection task is to solve the cognitive problems of the defects such as horizontal bars,vertical bars,and broken holes appearing in the real-time production of the gray cloth.On the other hand,the correlation between control and detection is also a major research issue for the detection and control system.This paper studies the circular knitting machines start-stop controller,synchronization snapping mechanism and defect detection system of three parts.And put forward the corresponding theoretical solution and experimental content for each part of the content.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The circular knitting machines start-stop controller includes upper-lower computer system and serial port communication two parts.The upper-lower computer system provides the top-level system structural design for the entire real-time detection and control system.And described in detail the principle of work between the upper computer and the lower computer.At the same time,the concepts of centralized control computer and embedded computer were introduced.And The transformation of the lower machine has also been described in detail.The serial port communication provides the data channel of the signal control for the whole real-time detection and control system.Through this channel,the upper computer can monitor the start-stop state of the circular knitting machines and the rotation state of the machine in real time,and can send the start-stop control signal and running status query signal to the circular knitting machines.(2)The research of synchronous snapping mechanism is a very important part of the research on the correlation between control and detection.This part plays a key role in achieving synchronous snapping image data.In order to achieving the synchronous snapping mechanism,the paper proposes a synchronous snapping adaptive filter.Then the real-time rotation cycle is able to be obtained according to the circular knitting machines start-stop controller,and it can predict the image snapping cycle.Finally,based on the proposed time synchronization control algorithm,the paper can accurately snapping the images of the gray cloth captured synchronously.(3)The defect detection system is an important part of the detection task of real-time detection and control system on the.circular knitting machines.The defect detection system adopts traditional image preprocessing technology and edge detection technology.The purpose is to detect defects such as horizontal bars,vertical bars,and broken holes in images captured by synchronous snapping.Finally,through a large amount of research and experimental analysis,the working principle of the defect detection system was designed,and it is implemented on the Raspberry Pi.
