As an important plastic material in today's society,polyamide 6 is widely used in life and industry because of its excellent properties.However,the performance of a single polymer can no longer meet people's needs for high-performance materials.Therefore,the modification of polyamide 6 has always been an important issue of concern to experts and scholars at home and abroad.Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)can be used to compatibilize the PA6/PP blend system,and maleic anhydride grafted linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE-g-MAH)can be used For the compatibilization of the PA6/LLDPE blend system,there is little research on the mutual influence of the two-component crystallization behavior during the cooling process of the PP-g-MAH/PA6 and LLDPE-g-MAH/PA6 blend system.PA6/PP-g-MAH each component blend and PA6/LLDPE-g-MAH each component blend are subjected to differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)for non-isothermal thermodynamic research,and for PA6/PP-g-MAH(5:5)and PA6/LLDPE-g-MAH(5:5)blend system for synchrotron radiation wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)and small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)cooling in-situ experimental study,In-depth analysis of the interaction of the two components during the cooling crystallization process.The results show that: PP-g-MAH can enter the PA phase region and hinder the crystallization of PA6;a small amount of LLDPE-g-MAH follows the crystallization of PA6 at high temperature,which promotes PA6?The crystallization.After PA6 is crystallized,PP-g-MAH and LLDPE-g-MAH enter the amorphous region of PA6,which increases the long period of PA6 lamellae.At the same time,the crystallized PA6 played a nucleation effect on the crystallization of PP-g-MAH and LLDPE-g-MAH,and raised the crystallization temperature of PP-g-MAH and LLDPE-g-MAH.From the thermodynamic behavior of the material and the microstructure of the phase region,it can be seen that the PP after MAH grafting can better enter the PA phase region,increasing the compatibility of the two components;although the LLDPE grafted by MAH can also Into the phase region of PA6,but only a small amount of LLDPE-g-MAH can enter,so that the long period of the PA6/LLDPE-g-MAH(5:5)blend is slightly increased,indicating that the LLDPE-g-MAH and PA6 The compatibility is much worse than that of PP-g-MAH and PA6.
