Design On Automatic Bubble Pressing Machine For Advanced Cigarette Case

With the increasing demand for high-end cigarettes,the market and prospects of the matching high-end cigarette cases are getting better and better,but the current cigarette case bubbling machine is still operated manually,its efficiency is low and the qualified rate is poor.And with the increase of labor costs,the cost of cigarette cases is also rising,therefore,the design and development of an advanced cigarette case automatic bubble pressing machine can not only meet the needs of the current cigarette market,but also it is of great significance to the automatic cigarette case forming equipment industry.Based on this,the key equipment in the advanced cigarette case automation production line cigarette case bubbling machine was selected as the research object to study the working principle and structure of the bubble pressure process.First of all,the technological process of high-grade cigarette case production was introduced,and the pressure holding requirement was clearly defined.According to the physical properties of the cigarette box,the process route of holding pressure was determined,and the layout of the cigarette box bubble machine was designed.According to the technological process of the cigarette box bubble press,the scheme was designed,and the required constraints,function,behavior and structure were analyzed,six schemes to meet the requirements were put forward,and the scheme was evaluated,and the better scheme was obtained.Secondly,according to the above better scheme,the structure and composition of the advanced cigarette case automatic bubble pressing machine was analyzed,and its conveying assembly,primary bubbling assembly,secondary bubbling assembly and tertiary bubbling assembly were designed in detail by using SolidWorks software,and its driving components were analyzed and selected.Finally,the static analysis of the frame of the bubble press was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,and the load deformation and stress of the frame in the process of cigarette box bubbling were determined.Ensure the stability and reliability of the frame in normal operation.The advanced automatic bubbling machine in the production line of automatic cigarette case forming equipment designed according to the above idea is safe,reliable and simple in structure,and verified by the market that the device can meet the functional requirements.
