| As tobacco packaging industry keeps developing, domestic and international tobaccofactories not only demand tobacco packaging machine to be more stable, faster, but alsoask for even higher requirements, they require great quality on packaging, and to reducecigarettes damage in packaging process. So it’s very essential to commence technicalrenovation for the purpose of reducing cigarettes damage. Gentle cigarette transfer deviceon tobacco packaging machine is designed to use planetary system to transfer cigarettesfrom cigarette hopper to cigarette transfer wheel, eventually to cigarette bundle formingmodule, this system can gently transfer cigarettes, reduce cigarette wastage, decreasevibration and noise, and improve effective operation rate.Some major issues are raised to be studied on using planetary gear system ontobacco packaging machine, and we use certain methods during the designing process,combining with methods such as mechanism dynamic and kinematic analysis and finiteelement analysis to calculate, analysis and optimize some crucial parts and assemblies ofthe device,such as planetary gear system on cigarette transfer, cigarette block followerdevice, compressed air controlling system. Finally, by using orthogonal design andintegrated balance method, test data is scientifically analyzed and optimized. Comparingthe cigarette waste on gentle cigarette transfer device with the cigarette waste on traditionalcigarette transfer device, we find out that the waste is reduced by more than50%, it provesthis device is feasible and promotable,and the designing object is realized. |
