In this paper,the inclusion compound of Tea tree oil-?-cyclodextrin was prepared by the traditional water bath heating method and the new alkaline electrolysis water method,and then the experimental results were analyzed and characterized.In the water bath synthesis method,the ratio of ?-cyclodextrin to Tea tree oil-liquid ratio,inclusion temperature,inclusion time,and volume ratio of absolute ethanol to Tea tree oil were used as influencing factors for the reaction.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were carried out.Through the result analysis,the best preparation technology for preparing Tea tree oil-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows:the ratio of?-cyclodextrin to tea tree essential oil was 6:1(g:mL),the inclusion temperature was 60?,inclusion time was 4h,and absolute ethanol:Tea tree essential oil was 1:1(mL:mL).While in the new alkaline electrolyzed water synthesis method,the ratio of ?-cyclodextrin to Tea tree oil,inclusion temperature,inclusion time,and volume ratio of absolute ethanol to Tea tree oil were used as the influencing factors of the reaction.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were carried out.Through the resule analysis,the best preparation technology for preparing Tea tree essential oil-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was as follows:the material-liquid ratio of ?-cyclodextrin and Tea tree essential oil was 6:1(g:mL),the inclusion temperature was 25? at room temperature,the inclusion time was 5h,and the absolute ethanol:Tea tree essential oil was 3:1(mL:mL).The average inclusion rate of Tea tree oil was 77.21%,the average yield of the inclusion compound was 90.63%,and the comprehensive score was 79.90%,which was much higher than the water bath synthesis method.The particle size determination,thin layer chromatography(TLC),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were applied to Tea tree oil and tea tree essential oil-?-ring Dextrin inclusion compounds were characterized.The storage stability of tea tree essential oil and tea tree essential oil inclusion compound was investigated by oxygen,temperature and light,and it was found that Tea tree oil and Tea tree oil-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound were most suitable for storage under low temperature,vacuum and lucifugal conditions.By simulating the release of Tea tree oil-?-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid,it could be concluded that Tea tree oil inclusion compound can achieve reasonable release in both artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal fluid.
