Eucalyptus oil, which is distilled from myrtle such as Eucalyptus globulus Labil or Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Sieb or the other plants belonging to these kinds, is one kind of aetherolea and official medicinal substances of Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005).Eucalyptus oil mainly contains eucalyptol(C10H18O, more than 70%), limonene, a-pinene and ect. These composition have functions of antibiosis, antioxygen, improving air way [ 1, 2]. As for adverse reaction in gastrointestinal tract and nervous system, these composition were not used widly. We used L9 (34) orthogonal design to get inclusion compound for Eucalyptus oil and select the better technology in order to diminish adverse reaction and prevent ingredient volatilizing. We took pharmacological methods to inspect and study the inclusion compound we got and initially explored the pharmacological mechanism.ObjectiveStudy on using orthogonal design to get inclusion compound for Eucalyptus oil and selecting the better technology; analyzing change of the ingredients of eucalyptus oil before and after included by Beta-cyclodextrin. Studying toxic action of the inclusion compound for eucalyptus oil .To explore the pharmacological mechanism initially by using the model of chronic bronchitis.
