Solar energy reserves are abundant and good for the environment,which can meet the world's demand for clean energy,which has significantly promoted the development of solar energy technology.In recent years,organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSC)have attracted much attention,and their photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)and stability have been rapidly developed.Despite having achieved great achievements,the toxicity of lead(Pb)is still one of the main obstacles to the commercialization of lead perovskite solar cells.Therefore,the research on tin-based perovskite solar cells is of great significance.This article discusses in detail the preparation process and photoelectric performance of tin-based perovskite solar cells,focusing on the following two aspects of research work.A new synthetic strategy is developed for the fabrication of methylammonium tin iodide(MASnI3)film via ion exchange reactions between solid-state Tin(II)fluoride(SnF2)and methylammonium iodide(MAI).In this way,the nucleation and crystallization of MASnI3can be well controlled,and a highly uniform pinhole-free MASnI3perovskite film is obtained.The solar cell device prepared with this high-quality thin film can achieve a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of7.78%,in which the short circuit current density(Jsc)is 20.68 m A/cm2,the open circuit voltage(Voc)is 0.57 V,and fill factor(FF)is 66%.In addition,SnF2as a dopant is well dispersed in the depth profile of the film.The presence of high content of SnF2can effectively suppress the oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and improve the stability of the device.The MASnI3is doped with different contents of Thiophene-2-ethylamine iodide(TEAI),configured as TEAxMA1-xSn I3precursor solution,and a 2D/3D MASnI3perovskite thin film is prepared as an active layer to prepare an inverted planar structure solar cell.According to XRD,GIWAXS,SEM and UV-vis analysis,the morphology,crystallinity and stability of the 2D/3D MASnI3perovskite film are related to the TEAI content.When doped with 10%TEAI,the grain size is largest,with preferential orientation,strong crystallinity and stability,the prepared solar cell device has the highest conversion efficiency of 3.08%,and the hysteresis effect is negligible,and the cell has strong stability.In the absence of packaging,the PCE maintained 70%of its original efficiency over 100 h.
