During the landing of the aircraft,the tire first impacts the composite coating,then the tire rolled steel cable impacts the composite coating,and finally the hook lock impacts the composite coating.In order to analyze the maximum stress and deformation that the composite coating can withstand,this article is mainly based on the landing of the aircraft.The relevant parameters in the process are used to study the impact resistance of the composite coating under multiple working conditions,And through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,the damage to the composite coating caused by aircraft tires,steel cables and hooks and locks at the moment of landing is analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes the three working conditions involved in the impact process of the aircraft landing.First,the Hertz contact theory is used to establish the elastic contact model of the steel cable impact coating,and the MATLAB software is used to numerically analyze the established elastic contact model to investigate the tire width.The impact of the composite coating on the force;secondly,the Newtonian collision theory is used to establish the hook-lock coating collision mathematical model,and the MATLAB software is used to numerically analyze the established collision mathematical model to investigate the influence of the sliding angle on the composite coating force.Finally,the energy method is used to establish the tire impact coating contact model,and the MATLAB software is used to numerically analyze the function expression of the established tire impact coating contact model,and to investigate the influence of sinking speed on the force of the composite coating.The composite coating material has a multi-layer structure.This material is a high-synthetic epoxy resin composite coating material.It is a typical viscoelastic nonlinear material.Based on the composite coating material,it is uniaxially stretched,uniaxially compressed,Biaxial compression,in-plane shear and stress relaxation experiments were used to obtain various performance parameters of the composite coating.The nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model of the composite coating was established,and the stress-strain curve of the composite coating was fitted by the least square method.Use this as the input condition of finite element simulation analysis.Using the finite element method,ANSYS Workbench transient dynamics modeling was carried out for the working conditions of the tire rolled steel cable,and combined with the relevant technical parameters of the aircraft when landing,the force distribution of the tire rolled steel cable on the composite coating was studied.Through the simulation analysis of the tire rolling steel cable area,the response curve of the displacement and stress of the composite coating with time is obtained,the maximum stress and deformation of the composite coating are recorded,and the simulation analysis results are compared with the test results to determine the composite coating's Whether the load-bearing strength of the tire cable under rolling conditions meets the allowable compressive strength of the material.Further change factors such as ambient temperature,tire width and steel cable radius,and investigate the influence of each factor on the rolling area of the tire steel cable.Using the finite element method,ANSYS Workbench transient dynamics modeling was carried out for the working conditions of the shackle impact area,combined with the relevant technical parameters of the aircraft when landing,to study the force distribution of the shackle impact on the composite coating.Through the simulation analysis of the impact area of the hook lock,the response curve of the displacement and stress of the composite coating over time is obtained,the maximum stress and deformation of the composite coating are recorded,and the simulation analysis results are compared with the test results to determine that the composite coating is in the hook lock Whether the load-bearing strength under the working conditions of the impact area meets the allowable compressive strength of the material.Further change the environmental temperature,sinking speed and cut-in angle and other factors,and investigate the law of the influence of each factor on the impact area of the hook lock.The ANSYS Workbench transient
