In recent years,polymer composites have been developing rapidly in China,and have become an important part of China's economic development and comprehensive national strength improvement.Polymer composite materials have been widely used and developed in medical,transportation,aerospace and military products.With the change of national policy and times,polymer composites are developing in the direction of green and high performance.Among them,the wear resistance of rubber composite has always been the focus of research.The wear resistance will affect the service life of the product,the safety of equipment,and also have an important impact on the environment.This paper studies the preparation and properties of NR based wear-resistant rubber nanocomposites,and is committed to improving the wear resistance of NR composites.On this basis,the basic formula of NR based nano composite materials is explored.The dispersion of MMT hybrid materials in NR based rubber composites,and the effect of AF on nr/br Composites The effect of the experiment was also discussed.A kind of environmental protection natural latex flocculant was proposed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The optimal basic formula of wear-resistant rubber was determined by studying different mass ratio of NR and BR,different curing system,different carbon black type,different resin type,different curing temperature,different carbon black content and different dispersant.(2)Prepared SiO2@MMT?SiO2@MMT@KH560?PDA@GO and MMT@GO hybrid materials were used in NR/BR system to prepare NR/Br/hybrid materials.The dispersion of filler in rubber matrix and the interface between filler and rubber were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The effects of hybrid materials on mechanical properties,processability and dynamic mechanical properties of NR/BR composite were studied.The results show that the interlayer spacing of MMT in hybrid materials increases,which improves the dispersion of MMT in rubber matrix,NR/BR/MMT@GO The tensile strength of composite(5#)was increased by 12%,elongation at break increased by 25%,DIN wear value decreased by 16.5%compared with the optimum wear rubber formula,and the wear resistance was greatly improved.(3)AF was modified and AF/NR/BR composites were prepared.First,calcium chloride(Ca Cl2)was used to degrade AF by anhydrous ethanol solution and sodium hydroxide(Na OH)anhydrous alcohol solution.Then two different methods were used to modify AF two times:sol-gel method was used to coat the surface of AF with silica(SiO2)and silane coupling agent was used to graft on AF surface.After modification,the wear resistance of AF/NR/BR composites was improved,and the interfacial bonding between AF and rubber matrix was improved.(4)The modified OMMT was used as a green flocculant to flocculate natural rubber latex.The effects of OMMT fraction,rotating speed and temperature on flocculation time were studied.The mathematical model is established.Using OMMT as green flocculant can achieve rapid flocculation of latex,and the fastest flocculation time is about 11 s.Moreover,the performance of the rubber composite prepared by OMMT was compared with that prepared by traditional mechanical mixing and acid flocculation.The results showed that the performance of the composite prepared by OMMT was similar to that prepared by acid flocculation,and higher than that of the rubber composite prepared by mechanical mixing.
