In order to reduce the use of cutting fluid,this thess developed and used cutter cutter interface continuous lubrication tools.Through continuous cutting experiments,the effect of texture spacing on the cutting performance and lubrication mechanism of continuous lubrication tools was analyzed from the aspects of cutting force,friction coefficient,chip contact length,chip morphology and tool wear.The surface texture of continuously lubricated tool was designed.Select the twill parallel microtexture,i.e.the Angle between the parallel texture and the main cutting edge is 45°.Finite element analysis was used to analyze the stress distribution of YW2 carbide cutting tool under different texture parameters,and the optimal texture parameters were determined as follows:groove width 0.1mm,depth 0.1mm,distance 0.15 mm from the main cutting edge,cross-section is triangle and radian is 0.The optimal cutting fluid fine channel parameters: the channel aperture is0.3mm,and the position is 1.0mm away from the main and auxiliary cutting edges.Continuous cutting experiments were carried out on YW2 cemented carbide tool.Two methods of traditional casting cutting fluid(H1,Y1)and cutter chip interface continuous lubrication(H2,H3,H4,Y2,Y3,Y4)were selected.Analysis of the experimental results: Compared with ordinary tools(H1,Y1),continuous lubrication tools(H2,H3,H4,Y2,Y3,Y4)can effectively improve the cutting performance,among which the dense and sparse woven tools(H2,Y2)have the best lubrication and friction reduction performance,while the uniform woven tools(H3,Y3)can effectively improve the friction reduction performance of the tool surface.Densely woven cutting tools(H4,Y4)have the worst lubrication effect.Under the same cutting conditions,the friction reduction performance of the improved textural tool is better than that of the traditional tool(G1,G2),and the lubricity of the improved tool is lower than that of the dense and sparse textural tool(H2,Y2)because the texture spacing in the cutting zone is increased and the number of effective textures is reduced.The friction reduction principle of continuous lubrication tool with non-uniform texture is studied.Cutting fluid can enter the cutting zone directly through the micro channel,the surface texture of cutting fluid storage and uniform distribution,the formation of a stable boundary lubrication film,is conducive to the conversion of bonding zone to sliding zone,reduce the knife chip contact length,effectively improve the tool surface lubrication.The smaller the space between the parallel texture and the denser the distribution,the more obvious the lubrication effect is.
