Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main risks and disasters that affect the safety and production of coal mines in our country.In order to effectively prevent coal spontaneous combustion,technologies such as grouting,inert gas injection,spraying of inhibitors and gel injection have been widely used at home and abroad.All of the technologies have various defects.At the same time,with the rapid development of the coal-to-liquid industry,coal-to-liquid gasification ash has not been effectively treated,and long-term storage and occupation of land may cause pollution to the surrounding environment.In this paper,based on the shortcomings of commonly used fire-fighting technologies and the demand for green and efficient development of coal mines,this paper has carried out research on the preparation and resistance performance of coal-based gasification ash slag gel.In this paper,starting from the physical and chemical properties of coal-based oil gasification ash,through viscosity testing and theoretical analysis,the gelling agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)and coagulant sodium carbonate in the gel system are selected.Based on the proportioning experiment,through experimental research on gelling time,thermal stability and water retention rate,the optim al addition amount of gelling agent and coagulant under different water-cement ratios is determined,and the influence of various characteristics of the gel is summarized and analyzed.Factors,it is determined that the gel ratio for sealing and plugging and extinguishing high-temperature fire sources is:2%of coal oil-gasification ash slurry gelling agent with a water-cement ratio of 1:0.5.Through the temperature program experiment and the determination of the marker gas,the effect of coal-based oil gasification ash slag gel on the inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion marker gas and activation energy is analyzed in essence and phenomenon,and combined with infrared spectroscopy experiments before and after the gel is added,bituminous coal,anthracite and coal The change of functional groups during the heating and oxidation of lignite showed that the sign gas generated by heating and oxidation was reduced by 65.8%at the highest,the inhibition rate reached 56.4%,and the activation energy of the reaction increased by 18.6%,6.5%,and 7.5%,respectively.It shows that the addition of gel effectively slows down the reaction rate of coal spontaneous combustion process,inhibits the process of coal oxygen reaction,and has better inhibition performance than commonly used CaCl2,coal sample with gel can effectively reduce aromatic hydrocarbons,aliphatic hydrocarbons,hydroxyl,The reactivity of active groups such as oxygen-containing functional groups increases the energy barrier of the oxidation reaction and inhibits the ability of the functional groups to participate in the oxidation reaction.Research is of great significance to the theory and method of coal fire disaster prevention and control.
