Coal is one of indispensable fossil fuels in the process of economic development in China.With the rapid economic development,the output of raw coal steadily increases rapidly.However,due to the unstable chemical properties of coal,it is susceptible to moisture weathering and prone to oxidative spontaneous combustion.which poses a huge threat to transportation and storage processes.Therefore,many means to prevent the spontaneous combustion of chemical coal emrge at the historic moment.Among them,antioxidants,as a hot research field at present,have a wide application background in the fields of medical treatment,food and chemical industry.However,there are few studies on preventing the coal spontaneous combustion.Hence,in this paper.Hami coal of Xinjiang with low metamorphic deyee is selected as the research object.and three commonly used antioxidants are used as inhibitors to carry out the following studies:Throush the coal quality analysis,the coal has the characteristics of high volatile content and low ash content,and sulfur in coal mainly exists in the form of pyrite.Then X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the microcrystallline structure parameters of raw coal and inhibited coal,which obtained a conclusion that the antioxidant had little effect on the structure of aromatic ring and the lamellar structure formed in the coal,but had a certain effect on the unstable branched chain structure.Combined with Jade software analysis.minerals in coal are mainly calcite,kaolin.The raw coal and inhibited coal with different antioxidant content were analyzed by using infrared spectrometer.The optimal inhibitory effect of the three antioxidants was obtained by the addition amount of 1 wt%.Futher,the best inhibition effect of tea polyphenols was obtained by comparison.In addition,combined with qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis,it was found that ?-carotene had the best inhibition effect on aliphatic hydrocarbon,while resveratrol showed a general performance.Tested by synchronous thermal analysis and thermogravimetric infrared method,antioxidant effect on thermal effect parameter characteristics,and the influence of the dynamics of coal oxidation process was obtained.According to the heat flow curve of each coal sample,the heat release law and the variation of thermal characteristics are gotten.At the end of the paper,in order to establish the mathematical relationship between the apparent activation energy and conversion,FWO method was conducted.The kinetic triplet of each coal sample were obtained by Bagchi method under 5?/min,10?/min,and 15?/min heating rates.
