High-temperature work is common in many industries,and high-temperature heat damage seriously affects the physical and mental health of workers,increasing the probability of safety accidents at work.In this paper,a composite cooling suit is designed and studied for the high temperature,high humidity and heat environment.Through theoretical analysis,model establishment,entity testing and subjective evaluation methods,the experimental test of this composite cooling suit is used to analyze the cooling effect,which is expected to alleviate the heat stress of high-temperature workers and provide new suggestions for human comfort.The experiment was carried out in real-life clothes for testing and analysis.The experiment was carried out under the actual working conditions of 31?,33?,35?,37?and relative humidity of 65%RH,The experiment showed that the mixing of refrigeration by wearing phase change material composite vortex tube.The type cooling suit can indeed quickly reduce the temperature of the skin in the clothes of high-temperature workers;although the vortex tube cooling suit plays a major role,the use of phase change materials increases the local cooling performance,especially in labor-intensive work.The overall cooling effect of the clothing is significant;compared with other wearing methods,the chest temperature drops by 1.8?3.5?,the shoulder temperature drops by 1.5?2.5?,and the back temperature drops by 0.5?.3.5? in a high temperature environment;Compared with other cooling methods,under the same labor intensity,wearing a composite cooling suit can cool the body temperature for more than 6 minutes,and the cooling effect is better.A heat transfer model for the practical application of the composite cooling suit is established,and the relationship between the average body temperature of the human body before and after wearing the composite cooling suit over time is studied.The results show that the calculated results are consistent with the actual experimental results.The body temperature of the human body drops significantly after wearing the composite cooling clothing,and the average body temperature of the human body drops by 0.4?,which shows that the composite cooling clothing can effectively improve the comfort of the human body;whe2n the ambient temperature is 31?,33?,35?,and 37? The heat dissipation of the human body was analyzed,and the study found that as the labor intensity of the human body increases and the ambient temperature rises,the heat dissipation of human radiation and convection heat dissipation all show a downward trend.On the contrary,the amount of evaporative heat dissipation increases;The heat loss and cooling power are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the heat loss and cooling power of the composite cooling suit are reduced to a certain extent under the high temperature conditions of 35? and 37?,and the average cooling power can reach 75.24 W;the subjective feelings of the human body were analyzed and evaluated,and it was found that wearing a composite cooling suit in a high-temperature environment can effectively improve the human body's subjective feelings such as thermal sensation,comfort,and skin surface wetness.
