Food traceability system is an important means to ensure food safety and plays an important role in the field of food safety.The emergence of compressed sensing theory breaks the limitation of Nyquist sampling theorem on sampling frequency and only a few sampling points can be used to reconstruct the original signal with high accuracy.The design of measurement matrix plays a key role in compressed sensing theory.Its performance affects the accuracy of signal sampling and signal reconstruction.In order to improve the accuracy of data reconstruction in food traceability system,the design of compressive sensing measurement matrix is studied in this paper.Because the chaotic sequence generated by the chaotic system has good pseudo-randomness,it can be used in the construction of compressed sensing measurement matrix.The measurement matrix constructed by chaotic sequence has both inherent certainty and external randomness,and can overcome the shortcoming of instability of random measurement matrix.Therefore,this paper introduces the chaotic theory into the design of the measurement matrix,improves on the basis of the traditional chaotic sequence,and designs a mix chaotic sequence based on Xor,and based on the mix chaotic sequence,uses the cyclic shift method to construct a Mix Chaotic—Bernoulli measurement matrix is developed,which effectively improves the accuracy of data reconstruction in the food traceability system.The main contributions are as follows:(1)Aiming at the shortcomings of the poor performance of a single chaotic sequence,this paper makes improvements on the basis of a single chaotic sequence,and proposes a mix chaotic sequence construction method based on Xor.The simulation results show that the mix chaotic sequence is better than the other two chaotic sequences in terms of cross-correlation and balance.(2)Aiming at the instability of random measurement matrices,a mixed chaotic Bernoulli measurement matrix is designed based on mixed chaotic sequence by cyclic shift method,and it is proved that the measurement matrix satisfies the finite isometric property.In this paper,the Mix Chaotic—Bernoulli measurement matrix is compared with several other measurement matrices in one dimensional signal and two dimensional image simulation experiments.The results show that this measurement matrix has certain advantages.(3)The importance of compressed sensing in food traceability system was systematically analyzed.Taking vegetable planting as an example,the measurement matrix designed in this paper was used to compress and reconstruct the environmental signals in the vegetable planting area.The experiment proves that the measurement matrix designed in this paper can be applied to the food traceability system and has certain practical value.
