Bagging is an important link from harvesting to transportation and storage of potatoes,and the quality of potatoes in the bag will affect the transportation and storage effect,and the mechanical damage caused by potato bagging machine becomes the main source of potato damage at this stage.To solve the problem of low efficiency and high damage rate of existing potato bagging machine,this paper designed a new infusion,bag support and fixed-weight bagging structure,developed a high-efficiency and low-loss roller-type infusion potato fixed-weight bagging machine,the main research content is as follows.(1)The structure design of the potato fixed-weight and fixed-weight bagging machine discards the traditional mechanical structure and designs a new infusion mechanism,bag-supporting mechanism and fixed-weight bagging mechanism,which solves the problem of potatoes being injured by the accumulation of potato blocks in the traditional potato bagging machine.(2)Mechanical analysis of the key components of the machine and kinematic analysis of the key motion processes were conducted,and the main factors affecting potato damage and bagging efficiency were determined to be the angle of the inflow bin door,conveying speed and loading volume.(3)Using the angle of the inflow bin door,conveying speed and loading volume as the test factors,and using the breakage rate,injury rate and single-port bagging efficiency as the test indexes,a quadratic rotational orthogonal test was conducted,and the test results were analyzed by ANOVA with Design-Expert 8.0.6 to determine the order of the factors affecting the test indexes,and the test data were fitted to obtain a multiple regression equation that can better represent the mathematical relationship between the test factors and the The multivariate regression equation that can better represent the mathematical relationship between the test factors and the indexes was fitted to the test data,and the influence law of the test factors on the test indexes was analyzed by visually discerning the optimization area through response surface analysis.(4)Using Design-Expert8.0.6 optimization module and combining with the actual working condition to determine the best value of each factor,on the basis of which a test bench verification test is conducted.The test results show that: when the angle of the inflow bin door is 45°,the conveying speed is 0.35 m/s,and the loading volume is 27 t/h,the broken skin rate is 1.8%,the injury rate is 1.4%,and the single-port bagging efficiency(5)According to the corresponding parameters,the roller type infusion potato fixed-weight bagging machine has a lower rate of skin breaking and potato injury,and a higher bagging efficiency.(5)According to the corresponding parameters,an intelligent fixed-weight bagging system for multi-station potato bagging machine is developed.The control system adopts cylinder as the executive element instead of manual operation,and after PLC processing information to control multiple solenoid valves to realize the action of each cylinder,and through the corresponding logical sequence to realize the alternate work of each bagging mouth,the articulated action is more consistent,greatly improving the utilization rate of each bagging mouth,while the software and hardware design of this control system was carried out.(6)Bagging performance test of the control system was carried out on the basis of this design.Bagging performance tests show that: multi-station potato bagging control system works well,the fixed weight bagging error rate is low,the fixed weight bagging error rate range of 0 ? 1.71%,a better realization of the fixed weight bagging,can meet the user's potato bagging requirements.This study is of great significance to promote the progress of potato bagging machine intelligence and improve the operational efficiency of potato bagging machine.
