Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation Of China National Coal Group From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

"Those who do not seek forever,those who do not seek for a moment,those who do not seek the overall situation,do not seek a single domain." Ecological civilization is an inseparable part of the community of human destiny.President Xi Jinping once proposed the "two mountains theory" when he was secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee.Now it perfectly fits the "five in one" strategic layout.Both the Party’s People’s Congress and the government’s work report emphasize the importance of ecological civilization.The concept of ecological civilization has been closely integrated with the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,the 14 th Five-Year Plan also lists "overall improvement of the ecological environment" as one of the main goals.This article first uses the literature research method to sort out,and foreign scholars on ecological civilization,environmental performance and environmental performance evaluation;secondly,the case study of China Coal Group is based on related theories.,Elaborated the current situation of China Coal Group’s environmental performance evaluation from the two perspectives of distribution and manifestation,mainly qualitative description,and less digital description;then Based on these deficiencies,from the perspective of ecological civilization,the author constructs 16 specific indicators in four dimensions of ecological environmental protection,ecological investment,ecological culture and ecological system,Put forward suggestions to improve China Coal Group’s environmental performance,that is,complete the environmental information disclosure system,and prepare input-output environmental accounting statements.This article hopes to provide inspiration for the environmental performance evaluation of other similar companies and contribute to the practice of environmental performance evaluation in my country.
