Amorphous alloy is a new material class with high research value and wide application prospect because its internal microstructure does not have a regular lattice like crystal,so it shows excellent properties in many properties,such as mechanical properties,magnetic properties,thermal properties and so on.Fe-based amorphous alloys are one of the main categories of amorphous alloys,which generally have outstanding magnetic properties.The predecessors in our research group have doped Fe BYNb amorphous alloys with Ti,Co,Mo and Ni elements,but the magnetic properties of Fe BYNb amorphous alloys are not outstanding as Fe-based amorphous alloys.In this paper,on the basis of previous research,the material composition was adjusted and replaced,aiming to improve the soft magnetic properties of the amorphous alloy.The Fe80B12Y4Co3Cu0.5Al0.5amorphous alloy strip was successfully prepared,and it was analyzed by XRD and DSC as well as the saturation magnetic induction intensity test.The structure of the sample is amorphous and it has a high saturated magnetic induction intensity.A series of Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4,atomic number ratio,the same below)samples were prepared,the structure and thermodynamic analysis of amorphous alloy strips were carried out.The GFA(glass forming ability)of the strips was compared and studied by thermodynamic criterion.Compared with previous systems,it is found that although the B element content of Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4)amorphous alloy decreases by nearly half,the amorphous formation ability of Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4)amorphous alloy does not decrease much.Moreover,the system has the best amorphous formation ability when x=2,and the?parameter criterion value is 0.3906.The soft magnetic properties of Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4)amorphous alloy were characterized.Under the unannealed condition,with the increase of Co content,the saturation magnetic induction intensity(Bs)of the alloy also increases,and the maximum saturation magnetic induction intensity is obtained when x=4.The coercivity(Hc)of the alloy decreases with the increase of Co content.When x=4,the coercivity force of the alloy is the least,which is only 1.822A/m.It is concluded that the soft magnetic properties of the amorphous alloys are closely related to the specific composition of the alloys.In addition,Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4)amorphous alloy annealed for 3 min,with the temperature of 773K,813K,873K,to study the effect of annealing on the soft magnetic properties.It is found that annealing can optimize the saturation magnetic induction intensity of Fe80B12Y4COx(Cu0.5Al0.5)4-x(x=0,1,2,3,4)amorphous alloy,but annealing process does not optimize the effective permeability and coercivity of the amorphous alloy.
