The powerful honing technology of internal gear honing wheel is an efficient gear finishing technology,which is mainly used to eliminate the tooth surface deviation of the gear after heat treatment,and has a direct impact on the final gear accuracy.As a multi axis control system,gear honing machine needs to rely on multi axis linkage to complete gear honing in the process of gear processing.There is a strict motion relationship between honing wheel and workpiece gear controlled by electronic gearbox(EGB).In this study,the tooth surface error is defined as the normal deviation between the theoretical tooth surface and the actual tooth surface,and the compensation method which can effectively reduce the tooth surface error and improve the tooth surface profile accuracy is studied.In order to further improve the machining accuracy of gear honing,aiming at the gear honing multi axis control system based on electronic gear box,this paper first studies the basic principle of the internal gear honing technology,and designs the control model of gear honing electronic gear box;At the same time,the performance of rotating motor and linear motor is studied;The influence of each axis tracking error on single pitch deviation and helix deviation is analyzed,and the compensation controller is designed to improve the machining accuracy of honing;The mathematical model of tooth surface error is deduced and established,and the compensation controller is designed to reduce the tooth surface error.Finally,the above research contents are simulated and experimented.This research has a certain guiding significance to improve the accuracy of actual honing.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the processing principle of the powerful honing technology of the internal gear honing wheel.According to the multi axis linkage of the honing gear,the mathematical model of the electronic gear box is derived;The error object of this paper is introduced;The development of electronic gear box from hardware type to software type is introduced.According to the structure of software type electronic gear box,the master-slave type is selected to design the structure of honing electronic gear box.This paper introduces two ways to realize the linear feed movement-"rotary motor + ball screw" and linear motor.According to the principle of vector control,the mathematical model and mechanical dynamic model of rotary motor and linear motor are established;Their single axis control models are designed,and the simulation and experimental results of step signals are analyzed by using the system performance analysis method;At the same time,the simulation and experiment of sinusoidal signal and the experiment of parabolic velocity signal are added.In addition,the error sources in honing process are analyzed.(2)The relationship between gear deviation and axis tracking error after honing is analyzed;According to the tracking error of each axis of gear honing machine,the mathematical models of single pitch deviation and helix deviation are established;The single axis compensation controllers of rotary motor and linear motor are designed respectively to reduce the tracking error of each axis of gear honing machine.Finally,simulation and experiment are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the designed compensation controller.(3)Based on gear meshing principle and coordinate transformation,the mathematical model of tooth surface error is deduced;The tooth surface error is decoupled according to the projection rule.On this basis,the tooth surface error compensation controller based on the projection rule is designed,and the simulation and experiment of the tooth surface error compensation control are carried out.At the same time,the simulation and experiment of the same number of honing teeth,the number of different gear teeth,the number of gear teeth of the same workpiece and the number of different honing teeth are increased,The influence of these two conditions on the tooth surface error is studied.
