VideoLog visual logging technology is a new downhole television technology for oil and gas fields.It can not only help oil and gas production enterprises and production technical personnel to see the real-time situation and dynamic in the well,but also can be used in the fields of hole detection,casing detection,falling object salvage,perforation output,production monitoring and so on.The logging data produced by downhole TV logging tool in VideoLog visual logging technology are stored concentratedly,but the processing methods are scattered,and the processing and interpretation of logging data mainly depend on manual work.In order to improve the level and ability of processing and distinguishing in the later stage of visual logging,this paper puts forward the development idea of logging interpretation through informatization transformation,a comprehensive interpretation software for VideoLog visual logging technology is developed.Through this software,the logging image is processed and analyzed comprehensively to improve the interpretation ability and persuasiveness of VideoLog visualization logging.Based on the design and development of this software,this paper also explains the related technology and principle.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.The basic functions of VideoLog comprehensive interpretation software are studied,and its basic functions are analyzed in detail,it includes login function,basic operation function of visual interface,read and save function of resource file,connection function of each window control and so on.Through the use of Qt software interface development technology and Opencv image processing technology for the login interface,administrator interface,image processing interface layout and other interface,as well as the preparation of the corresponding functional programs,to realize the use of the basic function of the comprehensive interpretation software.2.In order to solve the problem of inaccurate video depth in VideoLog visual logging technology,Opencv image processing technology was used to correct the depth data.Firstly,the coupling is identified by the image morphology processing of Opencv Secondly,the depth correction is carried out by the camera imaging principle.Finally,the inter-frame depth difference is calibrated by the difference calculation method,finally through these three parts to carry on the video depth correction processing.3.In order to solve the problem of eccentricity and distortion of video image in VideoLog visual logging technology,the method of Opencv image processing technology is also studied.The research content is to determine the real center of the image through the calculation principle of the center fixed point coordinate,and to determine the center coordinate of the circle of any pipe wall in the image through the camera imaging principle,through Opencv mapping function to complete the image eccentricity correction these three parts to carry on the video eccentricity correction processing;through the eccentricity correction or the coupling parameter extraction determines the Arbitrary Pipe Wall Circle Image parameter,through the Opencv mapping function to complete a single image expansion,through the Opencv feature recognition and matching and through image transformation to complete the image mosaics these three parts to carry on the video distortion question.4.Create the final VideoLog visual comprehensive interpretation software,build a comprehensive interpretation software platform based on Qt + Opencv,and integrate depth correction,eccentricity correction,pipe wall expansion and other basic functions,the whole package completes the application creation,at the same time carries on the experiment to the created application,after loading the well logging image and the video,depth correction,eccentric correction,tube wall expansion and other basic functions can be applied to achieve the desired results.
