Objective: 1.Polycarbonate(PC)is a macromolecular polymer with carbonic acid groups on its molecular chain.It is often used in various food packaging materials and is closely related to people's food safety issues.Bisphenol A is a functional monomer for the synthesis of polycarbonate and epoxy resin.As a commonly used substitute for bisphenol A,bisphenol S is also harmful to the human body.GB4806.6 stipulates that the specific migration amount of bisphenol A in polycarbonate is 0.6 mg/kg.However,at present,there are only reports on the reference substances of bisphenol A matrix in polyvinyl chloride at home and abroad,and there are no specific migration reference substances of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in polycarbonate materials corresponding to laws and regulations.The reference materials developed in this article can fill the gaps at home and abroad.2.Establish a highly efficient and stable detection method for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of additives in polyethylene materials by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography,and quickly separate the 8 kinds of additives for related research.Research methods: 1.In accordance with EU migration experiment regulations,using95% ethanol solution and immersing for 10 days at 40° is the most severe condition to simulate the indefinite storage of food in a packaging container,and obtain the specific migration value of each bottle of sample.In order to ensure the traceability,comparability and accuracy of the detection results of bisphenols in related polycarbonates in my country,this paper adopts the UPLC-MS/MS method to determine the specific migration amount of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in polycarbonate.The values are set at the same time,and the results are verified in multiple laboratories.The uncertainties introduced by the three processes of uniformity,stability,and setting together constitute the uncertainty of the reference material.2.Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography diode array detector,combined with accelerated solvent extraction method,3 kinds of antioxidants,3 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers,2 kinds of plasticizers are quickly and effectively separated,and the polyethylene sample is accelerated with toluene solution Solvent extraction,fast and efficient separation of 8 substances,acetonitrile aqueous solution as the mobile phase,gradient elution,UV detector for detection.Results: 1.The laboratory has developed polycarbonate bisphenol A and bisphenol S specific migration standard materials.The successful development of these two standard materials makes the measurement results of related migration accurate,comparable and traceable.It is guaranteed that the detection of food safety issues has great social and economic benefits.The measurement results show that the specific migration uniformity and stability(including long-term stability and short-term stability)of polycarbonate bisphenol A and bisphenol S are good.The statistics F are all less than the critical value F?,indicating that there is no significant difference within and between groups.2.The limit of quantification of the eight targets studied in this experiment is 0.02%,the recovery rate is 63.5%?118.5%,and the RSD is 0.14%?15.6%.This method has high sensitivity and high accuracy,and can be used for risk monitoring of such compounds in polyethylene food contact materials.Conclusion: 1.Successfully developed polycarbonate bisphenol A and bisphenol S specific migration standard materials,summarized the development route of the material development technology,sample preparation and the selection of the determination method,and fully considered the main detection and analysis methods at home and abroad.Features and related limit requirements.The results of the experiment have reached the relevant technical specifications of the national standard material,and the uniformity and stability are good.The determination process and the uncertainty evaluation process meet the specifications.2.This experiment established a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 additives in polyethylene food contact materials,using high performance liquid chromatography,of which antioxidant 300,UV-71,and UV-531 were the first quantitative analysis methods to be established.This study uses accelerated solvent extraction to quickly extract polyethylene materials.The liquid chromatography diode array detects the target.The method is accurate,fast,and highly sensitive.When applied to actual sample detection,it has good repeatability.It is such a compound in food contact materials.Provided technical support for food safety monitoring...
