With the rapid development of natural gas industry,the transportation and storage of natural gas has become a very important problem.As a tool for natural gas storage and peak regulation,the importance of underground gas storage is increasing day by day.Most of the underground gas storage reservoirs built and operated around the world are depleted gas reservoirs.China's energy development plan clearly states that the effective working capacity of China's underground gas storage will reach 35 billion cubic meters by 2030.So far,the effective working volume is 100 cubic meters,are in urgent need of the construction of a batch of large gas storage,gas storage construction and planning in China in recent years the number increasing,the safe operation of the risk increased year by year,is mainly due to the long service life of gas storage,the conventional oil and gas operation process: "big swallow to vomit" injection-production pattern,system subjected to the alternating load,in complex environments,such as high and low temperature and water cut,the ground and underground equipment has many risk factors.The configuration of surface equipment is extremely complex,with high pressure levels and many cut-off points between high and low pressure,and involves low-temperature processes such as desulfurization,dehydration and dehydrogenation.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out surface risk evaluation research of underground gas storage and improve the level of safe operation and risk control.This study takes sinopec wen96 depleted reservoir underground gas storage as the research object,analyzes the risk factors faced by surface equipment in the underground gas storage reservoir,and proposes a semi-quantitative risk failure consequence and probability calculation method for surface process equipment and facilities in the gas storage reservoir,as well as a quantitative failure consequence and probability analysis model based on API581 method.Against API581 failure probability and consequence analysis data,to study and put forward the gas storage process equipment clustering analysis and principal component comprehensive risk evaluation method,put forward with the principal component characteristics category 33 and facilities,gives the key risk factors and sorting,equipment and facilities to achieve the improvement of API581 quantitative evaluation method,improves the accuracy of quantitative risk assessment,equipment and facilities according to the adjusted risk sorting,eventually one by one,risk mitigation measures are given,results are as follows:(1)Data inquiry and field research.The basic data of surface equipment of sinopec wen96 gas storage warehouse were collected,and the internal and external data obtained were analyzed and integrated.According to different classification data,different analysis methods were adopted.A semi-quantitative and quantitative evaluation method based on API581 was proposed,and the failure probability and consequences of equipment and facilities were calculated.(2)Cluster analysis was carried out on the types of ground equipment in underground gas storage station,and the clustering results were analyzed.The risk results of ground equipment were analyzed by using MATLAB software,and the equipment was classified into categories.(3)Principal component analysis based on equipment and facility maintenance management.Numerical standardized and statistical analysis,reduce the correlation between the pipeline risk index and empowerment subjectivity,using SPSS software to extract the principal component factors of pipeline risk index,principal component analytical expression,gives the risk classification and sorting of different equipment,has been clear about the yard facilities of the key factors of risk effect of quantitative factors are given,compared with API581 evaluation method,to avoid the risk by only a single value to make a decision,the key factor is not problem,this method is more practical.(4)Based on the above theory and method of research,using principal component analysis and clustering technology,this study improves the original limitations of API581 evaluation method,realized the risk of an underground gas storage equipment is relatively accurate evaluation,at the same time,in view of the risk analysis results,puts forward an underground gas storage equipment,risk control measures for the safe operation of underground gas storage is of great significance.
