The exploitation of oil and gas requires various expensive materials and complex equipment.These equipment and production facilities need regular maintenance to ensure the efficiency of oil and gas exploitation and reduce unnecessary maintenance and production costs.These maintenance tasks include safety assurance tasks,environmental protection tasks,routine maintenance and management tasks of production facilities,as well as some preventive and predictive equipment maintenance tasks.At present,there is no professional scheduling software to realize the personnel scheduling and path planning decision of maintenance tasks,and the method of manual scheduling is still used for task allocation and path planning.There are many problems in manual scheduling,such as low efficiency,low personnel utilization.Daily maintenance and fault response maintenance of equipment are important parts of daily operation management of oil and gas well site,which play an important role in ensuring stable and efficient operation of oil and gas production process.Efficient maintenance management is not only beneficial to the production efficiency and safety of oil and gas fields,but also can meet the requirements of environmental protection,reduce unnecessary economic loss and adverse social impact.In addition,the project operation cost can be reduced to a certain extent.There are many kinds of oil and gas well maintenance tasks,involving a wide range of work,and the skill level of maintenance personnel is not the same.The complex surface environment and widely distributed oil wells also increase the complexity of maintenance work.The key to study the scheduling of specific oil and gas maintenance tasks is to solve the problem of personnel allocation and scientific and reasonable maintenance path planning.This paper will analyze the scheduling optimization of oil and gas well maintenance tasks from two aspects of mathematical model and algorithm solution,combined with the actual case situation(1)This paper describes the general problems in the scheduling optimization of complex oil and gas well maintenance tasks,and gives the presuppositions and constraints of the problems.Considering the limitation factors such as the initial position of maintenance technician,time-consuming of maintenance task,priority of maintenance task,skill level demand and so on,the mathematical model is constructed with the minimum path,the shortest total task time and the largest number of completed tasks.(2)Based on the idea of operation research optimization,the mathematical model of oil and gas well maintenance task scheduling based on discrete time and continuous time description is established.The validity of the model is verified by some practical cases.(3)The discrete and continuous time mathematical models are realized on GAMS,and the efficiency of the two models is analyzed by using ILOG CPLEX?(4)The problem is transformed into a VRP Problem with time window,skill level and priority constraints.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is coded and solved by MATLAB and verified by a case.This paper also discusses the performance and effectiveness of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in solving largescale problems.
