The requirements for high temperature resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of pipes and rods have become more stringent with the deeper exploration and development.Pipes and rods are usually made of steel,iron and other metals as main materials,and powder coatings have higher protection performance and longer service life.Research on the preparation and modification of nano-composite coatings on metal surfaces has important practical application value in the oil industry.On this basis,this paper studies bisphenol A epoxy resin,silicone resin,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,nylon 66 and other resin materials to prepare thermosetting powder coatings and thermoplastic powder coating systems.Research and optimize the thermosetting powder coating ratio to form a composition,and its electrostatic spraying process,to develop a flat surface coating system.It shows that the coating basically has no appearance defects,the thickness of one spray can reach 566μm,the pencil hardness level is5 H at room temperature,the adhesion level is 0,the impact strength can withstand 50kg·cm,and the humidity and heat resistance temperature can reach 150℃.Therefore,after the test,the pencil hardness and adhesion level remain unchanged after the high temperature test.Although the impact strength is slightly reduced,it can reach 45kg·cm.In the research and optimization of the thermoplastic powder coating ratio,the powder coating prepared by maleic anhydride grafting and blending ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and nylon 66 has been developed.The thickness of the coating ranges from 336μm to 386μm,and the thickness is compared with epoxy resin powder coatings.An increase of about 25.7%.It is preferable that the coating surface of the proportion is flat but has slight unevenness.At room temperature,the pencil hardness is 6H,the adhesion is 0,and the impact strength is 50kg·cm.In-depth optimization of the powder coating preparation process,the use of silane coupling agents to pre-treat inorganic nano-micron powder particles,and improve the compatibility of inorganic nano-micron powder particles with resin materials.An industrial mixer is used to mix ultra-fine powder particles,and through mechanical kneading,a powder coating with an average particle size of 10μm~15μm is made.Inorganic nano-micron powder particles are dispersed and coated on the surface of the resin particles,and fill the resin particle accumulation voids,reduce the accumulation of voids between powder particles,and improve the barrier performance of the coating.Research on the pretreatment process of metal substrate with KH-550 silane coupling agent shows that the compatibility of powder coating and metal substrate can be increased,and the surface defects of the coating can be greatly reduced.The pre-heated electrostatic spraying process makes it easier for the ultra-fine powder kneaded particles to adhere to the surface of the metal substrate,increasing the average thickness of the coating by about 21.3%,reducing the spraying process time and improving the spraying efficiency.
