Large-scale fracturing measures were adopted for the exploitation of new Wells in Ma dong block of Xinjiang oil field.The production fluid after fracturing contained a large amount of gua gum and other chemical additives,which led to more serious emulsification of production fluid,and which brought great difficulties to treat for production fluid in the centralized statioft.Therefore,understanding and analysising the characteristics of the crude oil emulsion in the Ma dong block,and according to its characteristics to find effective demulsification methods,and screening and compounding effective demulsifier are the problems needed to solve quickly,so this thesis conducted on the research in this aspect.(1)The preliminary crude oil dehydration experiment in the field shows that the more the produced fluid is mixed into the fracturing well in madong block,the more difficult it is to dehydrate and demulsify the central station.The representative MDHW101 # crude oil emulsion in the maton block was analyzed,and the results showed that the asphaltene mass fraction of the oil in the rich water area was 5.1%,the content of gua gum in the produced fluid of the fracturing well in the early stage of mining was up to 1589.24 mg/L,the viscosity of the produced fluid of the fracturing well was 50.12 m Pa·s,and the Zeta potential was-57.23 V.At the same time,the effects of different asphaltene mass fractions and different concentrations of guanidine gum fracturing fluids on demulsifier demulsification dehydration were also studied.It was proposed that the extraction fluid containing a large number of guanidine gum fracturing fluids in the early stage of new well mining could be treated by enzymatic hydrolysis,and the dehydration rate could be increased by 8.4% by adding 10mg/L mannanase.(2)The experiment of crude oil demulsification and dehydration two excellent demulsifiers,polyether demulsifier BW59 and compound ZG-10,were screened out from various demulsifiers,and the influence of demulsifier concentration on demulsification process as well as the influence of demulsitier concentration on interfacial tension of emulsion and its Zeta potential were analyzed by dispersion stabilizer.Finally,through the test in the field,it was determined that the demulsifier BW59 had a better effect on demulsification of crude oil with low water content(moisture content less than 45%).The optimal demulsifier temperature was 50?and the optimal demulsitier concentration was 100mg/L.The best demulsitier is ZG-10 a compound demulsifier for high water-bearing crude oil The optimal demulsifier temperature is 50?.And the optimal demulsirier concentration is 150mg/L.
