| With the development of steam stimulation in horizontal wells, the contradiction of uneven utilization of horizontal wells has become increasingly prominent. There are three problems in steam channeling and profile control: steam channeling is not closely related with the physical property changes after sand production;the current steam channeling profile control is not targeted;the system of slug design rely mainly on experience.Aiming at these problems, the paper conducts research through a series of simulation experiments and reservoir numerical simulation techniques. In order to study the variation of physical properties, experiments are used to simulate steam injection and heavy oil flow. The results show that the permeability could be decreased to 50% by the overlying pressure, but super-high permeability "wormhole" could be generated.Near the wellbore areas, the permeability after steam injection could be increased 2 times because of mineral solution. When the hot water with minerals solved is cooled, the mineral will deposited on the sand and reduce the porous space.Based on the variation of formation properties, numerical simulation is used to clarify the influence of different parameters on steam channeling, and to find out the main controlling factors.Regression analysis of the relationship between the round oil-steam ratio and the utilization degree of horizontal wells under different reservoir parameters to establish a method for judging the utilization degree and utilization radius of steam in horizontal wells. Then the gel is taken as an example to design experiments, which could analyze the sealing distance of different gel formulations. In general, the method of profile control design is to combination the utilization degree, spread distance, the sealing position of horizontal wells and economic cost. That could be used to reasonably design formulations profile control process. |
