China has abundant offshore heavy oil resources and its thermal development is still in the test stage.Due to the obvious differences between the thermal recovery of offshore heavy oil reservoirs and onshore heavy oil reservoirs,currently,the methods of evaluating the development effects of onshore heavy oil reservoirs are not well applicable to the evaluation of the development effects of offshore heavy oil reservoirs.Aiming at the problem that there is no mature method for evaluating the development effect of offshore heavy oil reservoirs,based on the principle of volume conservation and reservoir engineering methods,the formula of thermal-development injection-production characteristic curve are derived,and the expressions of parameters A,B,and C are obtained,which achieves a quantitative description of the injection-production relationship of the entire thermal recovery process.Instantaneous and cumulative evaluation factors for evaluating the development effect of offshore heavy oil reservoirs are established.Based on the differences of offshore & onshore heavy oil reservoirs,orthogonal analysis and numerical simulation methods are used to select the key geological factors and injection-production factors that affect the thermal development effect of offshore heavy oil reservoirs,and both the key parameter and the evaluation method of offshore heavy oil thermal development effects are established.Based on the results of physical simulation and numerical simulation of the LD and NB reservoirs,the established evaluation method are used to practically evaluate the development effect of actual reservoirs.The research results in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the development effect of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery and have guiding significance for the adjustment of the offshore heavy oil thermal development plan.
