With the rapid development of the natural gas industry,flow meters are more and more used in the measurement of custody transfer trade,and the domestic natural gas measurement and verification agencies are running at high load.The increasing verification tasks have brought tremendous pressure to ensure on-site safety production,and the problem of insufficient human resources has also become prominent.In the case of unable to meet the growing verification needs,the ability to improve the capacity based on personnel experience and proficiency has been As it gets smaller and smaller,improving the level of intelligence in the verification and calibration system has become an important issue that needs to be researched to alleviate verification pressure and ensure safe production.In this paper,through the research of related technologies,the digital twin model of "National Petroleum and Natural Gas Large Flow Metering Station Guangzhou Branch" is established,an intelligent control regulation scheme is proposed,and the model and scheme are tested to verify its reliability.First of all,through the investigation and arrangement of the intelligent research status of the oil and gas industry at home and abroad,we understand the research situation of artificial intelligence technology in the field of natural gas flowmeter verification.After field surveys and on-site investigations,the process flow,verification operation process standards and related process parameters of the "National Petroleum and Natural Gas Large Flow Metering Station Guangzhou Branch" were analyzed and sorted to analyze the characteristic curves of key equipment control valves.The control strategy of on-site flow adjustment and the flow distribution of each pipeline are calculated and studied.According to the process flow of Guangzhou Calibration Station,the corresponding digital twin models were established using ASPEN HYSYS and SPS software respectively,and the established model was used to study the relationship between the characteristic curve of the regulating valve and the valve opening and flow rate,and the complete verification process of the flowmeter Perform digital simulation.Finally,based on the simulation results,a variety of methods are used to implement the control and the application results of the intelligent control strategy on the software are introduced and displayed.An intelligent control adjustment method is proposed and designed.
