Pyrazoles and isoxazoles belong to 1,2-azoles heterocyclic compounds,and are the important structure of many drug molecules,pesticide molecules and organic functional materials.The research of their synthesis methods is very vital for their production and application.At present,such heterocyclic molecules are mainly synthesized via the reaction between 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and hydrazine or hydroxyamine,dipolar cycloaddition reactions,and cyclization reactions from oxime and hydrazone.As environmental factors play a more and more important role in the production of fine chemicals,the development of clean,fast and efficient organic synthesis methods is an urgent direction of organic chemistry research.This article studies the synthesis of enaminones from aromatic ketones containing alpha active hydrogen,the synthesis of pyrazoles and isoxazoles from enaminones with hydrazines or hydroxylamines,and the one-pot synthesis of pyrazoles and isoxazoles from aromatic ketones containing alpha active hydrogen.Regardless of whether there is an electron-withdrawing group or an electron-donating group on the aromatic ring,the one-pot synthesis method can obtain aromatic-substituted pyrazoles and isoxazoles compounds in high yields.When the pyrazole and isoxazole compounds are synthesized in a one-pot method,the overall reaction time is short,the operation is simple,the separation is convenient,and the efficiency of both the reaction step and the reaction time is very high.
