In the process of crude oil storage,heavy oil components,non oil components and water are deposited to the bottom of the tank to form oil sludge.In this case,tank cleaning is required,and the cleaned mixture is called waste oil of tank cleaning.The biggest problem of tank cleaning oil is high emulsification,high content of fine particles and high water content.Its direct recycling will seriously affect the long-term stable operation of the production plant,thus increasing energy consumption and reducing efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to find a suitable purification technology to separate the non oil components from the waste oil,so as to improve the quality of oil phase.Based on the analysis of the composition and properties of the tank cleaning waste oil stored in a coastal refining and chemical enterprise,this paper determines the treatment process of preheat--filtration--one stage centrifugation--extraction--two stage centrifugation--hot alkaline washing--ultrasonic extraction--three stage centrifugation.Through this treatment process,a field side line test device with a capacity of 200 L/h was established,and a set of industrial application device with a capacity of 4 T/h was designed based on the side line test results.All of these provide reference for the industrial application of the cleaning technology in petrochemical industry.After the completion of side line test and commissioning,the purified oil can be operated continuously for 30 days,and the water content is basically 0,the ash content is less than 0.1 ‰,and the salt content is less than 10 mg/L.These indexes fully meet the requirements of crude oil refining.The final recovery rate of purified oil is 94%,and the oil content of discharged slag phase is about 1%.The total cost of industrial operation equipment is 1.5802 million yuan,the equipment cost of treating each ton of waste oil is 49.38 yuan,and the operation cost of treating each ton of waste oil is 6.1yuan.
