Study And Innovation Of One-piece "Zero Waste" Fashion Design Method

Clothing industry is the second largest polluting industry in the world at present.The waste of textiles and a surprising amount of clothing garbage in the production process have caused environmental pollution and energy shortage,which has caused the industry to pay attention to and study the "zero waste" design of clothing.One-piece "zero-waste" design is an important means to solve the problem of textile waste from the source of design,which arouses the strong interest of fashion designers and fashion theorists and becomes one of the main methods of fashion design research now and even in the future.This paper analyzes the characteristics of "zero-waste" design of clothing at all times and in all countries,and sums up the method and principle of "zero-waste" design of one-piece clothing.Based on the principle of one-piece clothing,this paper focuses on the combination of the "zero waste" design method in the initial stage of clothing development and the sustainable design of wearing more clothes,and innovates on the basis of one-piece clothing method with less cutting and sewing.By studying the correlation between flat clothes and human body,combined with the way of three-dimensional modeling,the method of cutting design,folding allowance and adding garment accessories are regarded as the breakthrough points of the "zero waste" design method of clothing,that is,to make full use of fabrics,and to make the clothing more fit,present three-dimensional modeling,and be able to wear more clothes.It provides reference for the research of one-piece "zero-waste" fashion design method,and has certain innovative and easy-to-operate characteristics.
