Objective: To explore the effect of nutritional support on the nutritional status and immune function of mice with tumor chemotherapy;Method: Using haliotis discus hannai muscle as raw material,using animal protease and flavor protease for enzymatic hydrolysis,and the protein recovery rate and hydrolysis Degree(Degree of hydrolysis,DH)is an indicator to optimize the enzymatic hydrolysis process conditions,and prepare and obtain abalone enzymatic hydrolysis of peptides(AHP).The zebrafish animal model is further used to conduct preliminary evaluation and analysis of AHP immune activity.C57BL/6mice were used as experimental animals,Lewis lung cancer cells were injected subcutaneously to form tumors,and a lung cancer mouse model was successfully established.The survival rate and nutritional indicators of the mice were used as evaluation criteria,and the concentration of cisplatin chemotherapy drugs was optimized to establish Lewis lung cancer chemotherapy.Experimental animal model.Using abalone raw materials,abalone enzymatic hydrolysis products,and abalone ultrafiltration components to carry out nutritional support research on Lewis lung cancer chemotherapy mouse models,to explore the effects of different components on the nutritional indicators,immune indicators and inflammation indicators of mice after chemotherapy.Results:(1)When the enzymolysis time was 4 h,the protein recovery rate and DH of AHP were the best,which were 55.88±0.03% and 20.32±0.01%,respectively.The results of zebrafish animal experiments showed that each sample can increase the activity of lysozyme(LYS),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and immunoglobulin G(Ig G)in the feeding freeze-dried sample group(FD-AHP)was as high as 166.04±23.48(U/L)for LYS,7.46±1.02(IU/L)for ALP,and 0.31±0.09(?g/m L),which is significantly different from the NT group(P<0.05);in the ultrafiltration components,compared with the >10 k Da and5~10 k Da sample groups,the activity of the <5 k Da ultrafiltration sample group is obvious Higher(P<0.05),the highest LYS is 1 481.29±160.70(U/L),the highest ALP is 1617.39±206.70(IU/L),and the highest Ig G is 30.74±1.73(?g/m L).(2)The results of the study showed that: compared with the NT group,the tumor chemotherapy model of 0.20 mg/m L,0.10 mg/m L,0.08 mg/m L,and 0.06 mg/m L chemotherapeutic drugs showed obvious death in the early stage of the experiment and eating.There was no death in the 0.02 mg/m L and 0.04 mg/m L groups;the bw and tumor volume of the mice were significantly reduced after chemotherapy,and showed a dose-dependent manner;the tumor suppressed in the 0.04 mg/m L chemotherapy drug group The rate can reach up to 95%.The organ index showed that compared with the NT group,the spleen index and thymus index of mice with different concentrations were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the serum protein factor results showed that compared with the NT group,the albumin content and prealbumin concentration were slightly not only ensures the successful establishment of tumor chemotherapy models but also the feasibility of the experimental cycle.(3)Nutritional support was given to Lewis lung cancer chemotherapy mice with abalone raw materials,enzymatic hydrolysis products,and ultrafiltration components.The results showed that compared with the NT group,the enzymatic hydrolysis components significantly increased the ALB content,the highest was 22.30±3.58(g/L),the ultrafiltration component significantly increased the PA concentration(P<0.05),the highest reached 70.42±8.91(mg/L);compared with the NT group,the Hb content of different components was significantly lower than that of the NT group.The ultrafiltration component decreased the least,135.62±20.36(g/L),indicating that the ultrafiltration component improved the nutritional status of lung cancer mice to a certain extent;compared with the NT group,the raw material components significantly increased the content of Ig G and Ig M(P<0.05),respectively 0.14±0.01(?g/m L),7.78±0.55(?g/m L),the raw material group significantly increased the content of CD4/CD8,reaching895.82±80.46(pg/m L),indicating the super The filtration component can improve immune factors to a certain extent than other components;compared with the NT group,the ultrafiltration component significantly increased the levels of TNF-?,CRP and IL-6(P<0.05),respectively 119.57±18.55(pg/m L),44.51±5.58(ng/m L),2.75±0.07(pg/m L),indicating that the ultrafiltration component promotes the secretion of cytokines and enhances the immunity of cells.Conclusion: AHP has certain immunological activity,and<5 k Da ultrafiltration component has strong immunological activity;0.02mg/m L is the most suitable chemotherapy concentration for tumor chemotherapy mouse model;ultrafiltration component has effect on the nutritional status and inflammatory factors of lung cancer chemotherapy mice.The impact is greater.The raw material group has a greater impact on the immune indicators of lung cancer mice.
