It is well known that composite fibers with segmented-pie structure or core-shell structure can be spinning by composite spinning,while colored fibers with long-lasting color fastness can be spinning by raw liquor dyeing technology.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of fiber dyeing technology and pain points,combining the composite spinning technology and raw liquid coloring technology,through technological innovation,a kind of colorful and lasting fiber has been developed,and its usability has been discussed.Firstly,from the perspective of technological innovation,the feasibility of the innovative integration of composite spinning technology and raw liquor dyeing technology was discussed.The research shows that the combination of segmented-pie spinning technology and raw liquor dyeing technology makes different color masterbatches-added separately,the final color of the fiber will be the superposition color of the two color masterbatches based on the color juxtaposition principle.Thus,an infinite variety of color fibers can be spun from a limited variety of color masterbatch —composite color fibers.Meanwhile,combining the core-shell composite spinning technology with the raw liquor dyeing technology,and adding the color masterbatch to the shell,the color of the fiber is pure according to the added-color masterbatch,and the color fastness is lasting.Moreover,the cost of the color fiber preparation is reduced,due to the core layer of the fiber without adding color masterbatch.The fibers exhibited good mechanical properties.The experiment shows that the development of multicolor fiber is technically feasible,the prepared multicolor fiber has the advantages of environmental protection and no pollution,and the composite color fiber is of great significance for promoting water conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development.Secondly,based on the structural characteristics of the segmented-pie fiber and from the perspective of color relationship and human vision,through the three-dimensional modeling of the fiber,the influence of the number of filament orange pedicle,filament tow and strand on the color rendering of the fiber is discussed,which lays a necessary theoretical foundation for the development of multicolored composite fiber.Then,Rhino 3D modeling software and Keyshot rendering software were used to simulate the appearance of color from fiber to fabric,and the color rendering effect of colorful fiber textiles,including woven fabrics and knitted fabrics,was discussed.The results show that the multicolor fiber is easy to be applied and can be used to develop various color spinning and yarn-dyed products.Finally,in order to realize the industrial development of composite color fiber,four kinds of color masterbatches were selected,and a set of color card of multi-color fiber was designed,which comprehensively showed the color advantages and application prospects of the multi-colorful fiber.
