Ultra supercritical HP rotor forging ingot large tonnage,high cost of material,forging and heat treatment,The HP rotor of 1000 MW steam turbine is integral rotor made of 14Cr10.5Mo1W1NiVNBN steel,the material has high alloy composition,and the volume of the ultra supercritical rotor is very large,which makes it difficult to control the microstructure changes of the rotor during forging and heat treatment,and problems such as mixed crystal and coarse crystal are common,leading to the rotor of yield strength and impact toughness drops greatly,is not conducive to the improvement of mechanical properties,Moreover,there is no 1:1 production experiment in the production cycle,and the shrinkage experiment cannot truly simulate the actual stress field changes in forging and heat treatment,and cannot objectively evaluate the reasonableness of rotor forging and heat treatment process.Due to the large volume of the rotor,the mechanical properties of the integral rotor can not be tested for the central position sampling,and the overall performance of the rotor forgings and the uniformity of the microstructure can not be predicted and the comprehensive performance of the rotor forgings can not be evaluated.Through the research of this subject,a new idea of performance evaluation of rotor forgings is explored,which provides a reference for the design and evaluation of rotor forgings with higher parameters.Through the whole process of finite element analysis combined with local sampling actual inspection results,save a lot of manufacturing costs,shorten the development cycle.In this paper,14Cr10.5Mo1W1NiVNBN material HP rotor used for 1000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine is taken as the research object.The literature review and theoretical analysis are carried out.According to the original thermal physical property data of materials and the existing process,a finite element analysis model with a high degree of agreement with the actual production is established by using DEFORM software.The forging and performance heat treatment processes of the HP rotor were theoretically analyzed by combining theory with practical production.According to the full size of the rotor forging,the forging and performance heat treatment processes of the HP rotor were numerically simulated based on the finite element analysis software DEFORM.Get the sequence of temperature field,stress field and grain size distribution,etc.,on the basis of simulation optimization analysis,the actual HP rotor forgings samples for laboratory analysis,and compared with simulation results,realize the evaluation of the overall performance of the high pressure rotor forgings,Solve the problem that can't get real performance through 1:1 process test.It provides a new idea for the overall performance evaluation of rotor forgings and a reliable basis for the design and safe operation of the unit.
