The development of the information display industry has put forward new requirements for transparent electrodes.With excellent performance,wide application,convenient and inexpensive preparation process,silver nanowires(Ag NWs)are one of the best choices for the next generation of flexible transparent conductive materials.To realize the industrial application of Ag NWs,it is necessary to further optimize the preparation process and solve the stability problem.In this paper,the preparation and post-treatment process of Ag NWs were studied,as well as the application of the electrodeposition method in the protection of Ag NWs,and finally,the growth of silver nanorings(Ag NRs)was explored,which provides a useful reference for the preparation of new flexible transparent electrodes.Firstly,the preparation process of Ag NWs was studied,after analyzing the influence of nucleation control agent,PVP molecular weight,Ag NO3 addition method,and reaction solvent on the growth of silver nanowires,and the effects of different post-treatment processes,silver nanowires with great performance were prepared by the following method:with Na Cl and Na Br,PVP with molecular weight of 360,000,adding Ag NO3 in 10 min with constant rate and then reacted without stirring;after selective precipitation with acetone and vacuum filtration,the sheet resistance of the resulting flexible transparent electrode reaches a great performance of45.4?/sq,while the transmittance at 550 nm is 95.4%,and the sheet resistance change only decreased 30%under 30,000 bending cycles with a bending radius of 5 mm.Based on the above results,an attempt was made to improve the stability of the Ag NWs by electrodeposition.After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various materials,Al2O3 was chosen as the protective layer of Ag NWs.By studying the influence of rinsing,annealing,reaction temperature,reaction time,and so on,a highly stable Ag NWs flexible transparent electrode was prepared without sacrificing photoelectric performance by electrodepositing at-1.1 V,70?for 40 s with 0.1 M Al(NO3)3 as the electrolyte and then annealing at 150?for 30 min,which can withstand more than 250?,and 250,000bending cycles in bending test with a radius of 4 mm.Finally,the preparation process and growth mechanism of Ag NRs were explored.A glycerol-based cosolvent polyol method of fabricating Ag NRs was first proposed.Through the analysis of various forms of Ag NRs,the growth mode of the Ag NRs was inferred,and the influence of the solution type and viscosity was analyzed;the Taguchi design was utilized to ascertain the factors and their optimal levels corresponding to a greater yield of Ag NRs,results show that the concentration of PVP,ratio and type of co-solvent were chosen as the main factors.Finally,by using glycerol containing 1%deionized water as a solvent,82.8 m M PVP-K90,Na Cl and Na Br as nucleation control agents,the yield of Ag NRs was effectively increased.
