Since entering the 5G era,the flexible electronics industry has entered the road of rapid development.The demand for flexible electronic devices is increasing,so the development of electrode materials has also attracted extensive attention.As a new electrode material,silver nanowares have excellent electrical and optical properties.Compared with ITO,the traditional conductive thin film material,silver nanowares electrode has better flexibility and low cost preparation process,and has been widely used in photovoltaic,display,sensor and other fields.In this study,the synthesis of silver nanowires was studied.Silver nanowires with high aspect ratio were successfully prepared and applied to transparent conducting electrode,whose photoelectric performance was comparable to ITO.In addition,the silver nanowire composite transparent conductive electrode is studied and its performance is optimized,which provides a certain reference for the application of electrode.Firstly,silver nanowires were prepared by polyol method,and the effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and the ratio of PVP to AgNO3 were investigated.After optimizing the influencing factors,silver nanowires with a length of about 10-30μm and a diameter of about80-100 nm were successfully prepared and applied to transparent conducting electrodes.The electrodes with a transmittance of 84%and a sheet resistance of 28Ω/sq were obtained.Secondly,the polyol method was optimized,mixed PVP system was used,and Br-was introduced to control the diameter of the product.The effect of Cl-to Br-concentration ratio on the product in mixed PVP system was investigated,and the synergistic effect of Cl-and Br-in mixed PVP system and the growth mechanism of silver nanowires were further studied.The average diameter of 67 nm and average length of 35.73μm were obtained by the optimized synthesis method.In addition,the synthesized silver nanowires were applied to transparent conducting electrodes.A high-performance conductive film with a transmittance of 83.95%,a sheet resistance of 22.38Ω/sq and a quality factor of 193 was obtained.Finally,the interfacial modification effects of three different materials on the transparent conducting electrode of silver nanowires were studied.Three kinds of composite transparent conductive electrodes,AgNWs/ZnO,AgNWs/PH1000 and AgNWs/AEM-P100,were prepared at different rotating speeds,and the photoelectric properties and morphology of the composite electrodes were investigated.The results show that the surface roughness of the AgNWs/AEM-P100 composite electrode can be significantly reduced,and the transmittance of the electrode can be improved.It shows that the composite electrode can optimize the silver nanowire electrode,which lay a foundation for its application as the base electrode in electronic devices.
