The Research On Improvement And Realization Of Finishing System For 5# Hot Galvanizing Line Of Angang Cold Rolling Plant

All domestic galvanizing lines are equipped with finishing machine after the galvanizing process section of the unit in order to improve the surface quality and mechanical properties of galvanized sheet.This paper understands the development of finishing machine for galvanizing line at home and abroad,finishes and improves the 5# galvanizing line finishing machine aiming at the existing problems in 4# galvanizing line of Angang Cold Rolling.So that the 5# galvanizing lines system can achieve good finishing operation effect,at the same time,the structure is simple and practical,and the maintenance is convenient.It mainly includes improving the technological process of the original galvanizing line aiming at properties of the strip products in 4# galvanizing line and adding a set of tension rolls after detailed calculation.The transmission system is checked,the motor power is determined.The frame assembly is optimized in order to solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious maintenance of hydraulic cylinder at the bottle of frame 4# galvanizing lines finishing machine.The roll changing time online and work efficiency is improved.The injection system is improved which can control and adjust the flow rate according to the different width and thickness of the strip steel.And the finishing liquid collection device is optimized by labyrinth seal,which solved the environmental pollution problem of liquid leakage.The transmission system of the finishing machine is calculated comprehensive and the improved parts of the finishing machine are analyzed in this paper.Through the new galvanized line operation test and data comparison,the development of the finishing machine is completed.Now this 5 # galvanizing line finishing machine has been put into the actual production of Ansteel Cold Rolling,and it has been running well.The surface quality of the strip has reached the expected requirements,which has created considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.The successful development of the finishing machine solves the problems existing in the original 4# galvanizing line finishing machine,which has a certain impact on the production practice.It has attracted other enterprises to importing the equipment and has a good application prospect in steel enterprises that produce and use galvanized sheet.
