Energy is to promote human and social changes in the structure of the social andeconomic structure of the source, no energy is no social civilization and progress now。Asenergy-hungry reifneires, where crude oil distillation unit is the entire refinery production inone of the largest energy-consuming sectors, improve production eiffciency, reduce productionand use of energy is to improve the competitiveness of oil reifning enterpirses an importantmeans of production. Therefore, the analysis of energy use and pressure devices, optimizingheat exchanger network, reducing energy utilities to maximize the recovery of energy, toimprove the energy eiffciency of refineires and achieve sustainable devel’opment of Chinaseconomy is significant.In this paper, a refinery atmospheirc distillation unit of the actual operating parametersand heat exchanger network for the study, the ifrst thing to get the actual data will be collectedfinishing calculation, then the use of a comprehensive analysis of the basic pirnciples ofthermodynamics means of heat transfer equipment, tower equipment and furnaces energy use,to understand energy use situation, ifnd out the heat exchanger network in the "bottleneck"where the proposed measures to solve the problem:(1)Establishcd with the objective ofminimizing the total cost of the temperature difference Tmin, determine the form of pinchpoint location problem by law;(2) Analyze the existing heat exchanger network designnetwork based on criteira found on the girps logistics4hot and cold logistics3,did not meetthe criteira of logistics requirements, the need to increase the number of logistics and coldshunt (3)Adjustment of the oirginal pirnciples of the maximum heat load heat exchangeraccording to ifnal temperature, in order to change the purpose of the heat load heat exchangernetwork。Finally,contrast adjustment piror to analysis, the thermal efficiency of the heatexchanger network equipment and efficient energy utilization, thus reveals a newenergy-efficient heat exchanger network is better than the old heat exchanger networkconclusion. This optimization program has some significance for energy retroiftting existingpressure device.
