Research On Procurement Management In H Industrial Company

Procurement management,as an important part of enterprise management,plays a crucial role in procurement cost and daily production.Under the environment of gradually expanding market demand and increasing homogenization of products,the procurement management of industrial enterprises also continuously produces new problems and encounters new situations with the changes of the environment.Under the traditional mode,the tobacco industry has insufficient understanding of procurement management and lacks research on all aspects of procurement management,which not only limits the improvement of enterprises' own management level,but also affects the implementation of specific projects.The specific research object of this paper is the procurement management of H tobacco industry company.Combining with the daily practical work,this paper studies the current situation of the company's procurement management,analyzes the existing problems in management,and discusses the improvement methods corresponding to the problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of company H and its procurement management,and starts from the four aspects of enterprise procurement process management,organizational management,cost management and supplier management,so as to find out the deficiencies in current management and the root causes of the problems.From the perspective of optimal management,this paper analyzes how to optimize the procurement process,optimize the organization and management,control the procurement cost,and strengthen the effective management of suppliers,so as to improve the overall level of the company's procurement management.From the perspective of management,this paper conducts research and analysis by using professional management theories and effective research methods to find the root cause of the problem and optimize the method of procurement management,which is of helpful for improving the management level of company H.In order to improve the knowledge of procurement management of company H and find a reasonable way to improve enterprise management methods,it can also serve as an effective reference for the procurement management of other companies in the tobacco industry.
