| Equipment procurement management is an important part of the management of large-scale construction projects in state-owned natural gas enterprises.Equipment procurement costs account for a relatively high proportion of construction investment.Timeliness and quality reliability of equipment arrival are the prerequisites to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Strengthening equipment procurement management of state-owned natural gas enterprises can save investment,guarantee delivery time,improve the integrity of equipment and facilities during the construction period,and thus play a role in ensuring the overall completion and acceptance of the project.It can also help to reduce spare parts purchasing,cut down construction inventory and improve business profit during the operation period.For a long time,state-owned natural gas enterprises have been developing in the environment of lack of competition,with relatively backward procurement management,uneven procurement team and lengthy procurement process,leading to long construction period of investment projects and unsatisfactory economic benefits.In recent years,with the opening up of natural gas terminal construction to private enterprises,state-owned natural gas enterprises are faced with more and more severe external environment and need to make enough preparation for market competition.Therefore,this paper takes S company as the object of research and analyzes how to improve the quality and efficiency of state-owned natural gas enterprises by improving equipment procurement management.There are many influencing factors in equipment procurement management.Through the analysis of S company’s equipment procurement management,this paper studies the procurement plan management,procurement organization structure,procurement process implementation management and supplier management,and proposes optimization solutions for these factors.This paper will research the equipment procurement management factors of S company by using chart method and case method,discusses how to improve the equipment procurement management of S company,and aims to summarize the experience and lessons learned during the construction period,optimize the relevant processes,and benefit from future reconstruction and expansion projects.It also hopes to provide some references for the equipment procurement management of state-owned enterprises construction projects. |
