Intelligent drilling technology has the advantages of intelligence and automation,and it is the research hotspot in the field of drilling now and in the future.In order to combine big data with deep learning,intelligent drilling technology needs a lot of data to support it.The data acquisition unit serving intelligent drilling technology has important research significance.However,the research of intelligent drilling system is not mature,most of the measuring instruments are discrete and single function,which is not conducive to the intelligent drilling system data collection.In addition,the bad working environment and the interference,volume and power consumption caused by the drilling work bring the practical challenges to the downhole data acquisition.In this thesis,based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of intelligent drilling and its related measurement technology,the requirements of measurement parameters,anti-interference requirements and technical indexes of data acquisition units are set out,the general design scheme of data acquisition unit is put forward.According to the overall design scheme,the hardware and software system of data acquisition unit is designed.The main body of the hardware platform is a printed circuit board placed in the drill collar,which is powered by the downhole battery.With signal acquisition,signal processing,data communication and data storage functions.The hardware uses high temperature digital signal controller to control peripheral devices,perform data operations,and perform analog to digital conversion.With RS485 communication interface,communicate with other instruments or PC.The hardware platform integrates the functions of acceleration,magnetic induction and temperature measurement,and processes the analog signal through the signal conditioning module and then converts the analog signal to digital one.Design Power Conversion module to meet the power supply demand of other modules.Finally meet the data acquisition and processing software operation requirements.In the part of software development,the data acquisition unit software with functions of signal acquisition,data processing,parameter calculation and transmission and storage is designed.Based on the magnetic field interference characteristic and the special working state of logging tool,data acquisition unit software simplifies the traditional correction ellipsoid correction method.It realizes the filtering of the magnetic field interference in the process of measuring the geomagnetic field.Based on the mutual correlation,the mutual correlation detection method is adopted.The magnetic induction is used as the reference signal to filter the gravitational acceleration vibration noise and residual acceleration.Then,the low-cost software solution against environmental interference is proposed.Debugging and verification,respectively,the hardware and software parts of the function debugging.Then,the interference of bad working environment is simulated in the test,and the whole unit is debugged and verified synthetically.The test results show that the design meets the target and has the ability to provide data support for intelligent drilling technology.
