Bearing is an essential link for modern mechanical equipment,Playing a huge role in real life and production,Rolling bearings act as a precision mechanical element in mechanical engineering,Adding lubrication to the bearing and reducing friction can greatly improve the actual use efficiency of the construction machinery,Polyther ether ketone(PEEK).Good material mechanical properties,widely used in engineering applications,Its low volume wear rate in the application of self-lubricating materials,Large application prospect and broad space,The PTFE is very stable,No dissolution occurs in almost any solvent,With an extremely low friction coefficient,Is widely used in aerospace,electronics,self-lubricating liners,wear-resistant materials and other industries,h-BN has good lubrication and wear resistance,Is widely used in the national defense,heavy industry machinery,instruments and other industries,The combined advantages of the three materials can greatly improve the practical role of composite materials in the field of self-lubricating materials.In this paper,the main research h-BN/PTFE modified resin substrate,composite material preparation and mechanical properties,frictional wear performance,through different proportions of PTFE modified PEEK resin substrate,while adding different content of h-BN fillers to PTFE/PEEK resin,the use of thermoforming process methods to modified resin and carbon fiber composite preparation Modified CF/PEEK composites,test the bending strength,hardness and density of modified CF/PEEK composites,perform ABAQUS simulation stretch strength on modified CF/PEEK composites,test the frictional wear performance of each specimen,combine the analysis of the friction coefficient and volume wear rate of the material,and obtain the effect of different loads,speed and time conditions on the frictional wear performance of composite materials.The results show that PEEK resin will be added with PTFE,the coefficient of friction is reduced,the volume wear rate becomes larger,and the addition of h-BN will lead to the increase of the coefficient of friction of PTFE/PEEK resin and the decrease of volume wear rate.The modified CF/PEEK composite density becomes larger,while the addition of h-BN can improve the bending strength of the composite material,the composite material will be adhesion wear and abrasive wear during friction wear,grinding grain wear is mainly produced by h-BN.Changing external factors such as load,speed and time can affect the frictional wear performance of composite materials.The factors and coefficients of friction and volume wear rate did not change linearly,but fluctuated slightly but within a reasonable range.
