Objective: In this study,a collagen-GO nanofiber electrospinning membrane loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF)was prepared by electrospinning technology to provide a good microenvironment for wound healing and observe its effect of promoting wound healing,which was intended to provide a new idea for clinical wound healing.Method: First by Fourier infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and tensile testing materials testing,such as collagen(COL)and to compare the different concentration of graphene oxide(GO)of nanofiber electrospinning membrane preparation by physical and chemical performance,choose the most suitable ratio of wound healing,and then,on the nanofiber electrospinning film cultivation of NIH3T3 cells,to observe the biocompatibility of the stent.BFGF was loaded onto the nanofiber membrane by physical adsorption method to test its sustained-release effect.Finally,the nanofiber electrospinning membrane was applied to the full-thickness skin wound model of SD rats to observe the effect of the scaffold in promoting wound healing in vivo.Result: Compared with COL,0.05%GO-COL and 0.8%GO-COL scaffolds,0.2%GO-COL scaffolds had the best mechanical properties and good hydrophilic properties.0.2% GO-col-BFGF scaffold loaded with b FGF has better biocompatibility,can significantly promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocyte migration,and has a good drug sustained release effect.In vivo experiments,0.2%GO-COL-b FGF scaffolds showed better wound healing effect than blank control and 0.2%GO-COLb FGF scaffolds.Conclusion: Electrospinning technology can be used to successfully prepare ColGO-b FGF nanofiber electrocopy membrane,and the scaffold has good biocompatibility,can effectively promote wound healing,has a good application prospect.
