Anti-icing agent is a composite material that can actively melt snow on the road surface.Its active ingredients are mainly salts,such as sodium chloride and calcium chloride.Add it to the asphalt mixture,under the action of the vehicle load,the salt will gradually precipitate from the capillary voids of the mixture,thereby reducing the freezing point of the road surface water and melting the snow.At present,such products in the domestic market generally have the problem of short service life.In order to extend the use time of anti-icing composite materials and improve their use efficiency,this research draws on the microencapsulation technology and uses the characteristics of gelatin sol-gel transition to prepare packages.Membrane-type anti-coagulation ice composite material,in order to control the amount of salt analysis in different seasons,slow down or even avoid the diffusion of salt from the inside to the outside of the film in spring,summer and autumn,and enhance the precipitation effect of anti-coagulant ice agent in winter to achieve improvement Its deicing efficiency and the purpose of increasing its service life.Modified gelatin is used to prepare anti-icing composite materials,the inorganic powder was used as the carrier,and the snow-melting material prepared by adsorbing only the snow-melting salt was compared with the snow-melting material added with phase change material.Then the gelatin was modified,and the modified gelatin-coated two snow-melting materials were used to prepare anticoagulation.Ice composite material.It is determined through experiments that the attapulgite is the adsorption carrier,Ca Cl2 is the snowmelt chloride salt,and the paraffin wax is the phase change material.The maximum content is 30%.The gelatin is plasticized and modified with ethylene glycol.The mass fraction of ethylene glycol is 12.5%,60%.The modification effect is best when stirred at 60?for 20min.The prepared anti-icing composite material and mineral powder are mixed in proportion to prepare an asphalt mortar board,which is added to the asphalt mixture according to the gradation ratio design to prepare a Marshall test block,and the ice and snow melting performance is evaluated.As a result,the addition amount of the anti-icing composite material is inversely proportional to the melting time and freezing temperature.The minimum freezing temperature of the asphalt mortar board made of the anti-icing composite material containing paraffin can reach-8.9°C.The shortest ice time is 150min,the freezing temperature of the paraffin-free board is-7.6?,and the shortest ice melting time is 120min.On the Marshall test block made of anti-coagulation ice composite material containing paraffin,the ice melting time is the longest and longer than The test block added with V-260 has the shortest ice melting time on the test block without paraffin wax;the anti-coagulation ice composite without paraffin wax increases the precipitation amount of salt as the temperature decreases,and the precipitation amount is the largest at 0°C,The anti-coagulation ice composite material containing paraffin has the largest amount of salt analysis at 40?,which does not meet the experimental expectations.The prepared anti-icing composite material was added to the asphalt mixture for road performance evaluation.The experiment determined that the anti-icing asphalt mixture adopts AC-13 suspension dense structure,the best oil-stone ratio is 4.91%,and the maximum amount of mineral powder in the asphalt mixture is replaced by 5%.When the amount of mineral powder substitution is 5%,the road performance of the asphalt mixture prepared with the anti-icing composite material prepared in this topic is lower than that of ordinary asphalt concrete,but they all meet the requirements of my country's current specifications;Comparing the various properties of asphalt concrete with V-260,it can be concluded that the anti-icing composite material prepared in this subject has reached the level of foreign snow melting products,and the snow melting efficiency and use time limit are better than V-260.
