Based on the physical model of the rotary kiln-oxy-coal combustion smelting ironsmelting process line constructed by Sichuan Panzhihua Zhengde Environmental Protection New Material Company,the process was performed for material balance,heat balance calculation,and energy efficiency analysis,a calculation software package was developed,and data was analyzed Objective optimization and orthogonal analysis have achieved the following research results:1)A single-factor mathematical model was established for the material balance and thermal balance of the rotary kiln pre-reduction-oxy-coal combustion smelting process.MATLAB was further used to establish other mathematical parameters for the process.The errors of the two mathematical models met the requirements.2)Single factor analysis showed that: with the increase of metallization rate,the consumption of pulverized coal decreases,the amount of coal gas decreases,and the calorific value increases;as the degree of gas oxidation increases,the consumption of pulverized coal decreases,the amount of coal gas decreases,and the calorific value decreases;as the oxygen content increases,the consumption of pulverized coal decreases,the amount of coal gas decreases,and the calorific value decreases.3)Multi-objective optimization analysis was performed on the calculation results of the process mathematical model,the optimal solution is 70% metallization rate,16% gas oxidation degree and 100% blast oxygen content,which met the limiting parameters under actual working conditions.4)The orthogonal analysis method is used to analyze the various working conditions of the process,and the process parameters under each working condition were obtained.After comprehensive analysis and comparison,the optimal working condition combination was obtained: the metallization rate is 70%,the blast oxygen content is 98% and the degree of gas oxidation is 12%.Figure 31;Table 25;Reference 69...
