Polyacrylate foam has the advantages of strong stress dispersion and good weather resistance,so it is widely used in electronics,automobile,new energy,building and other fields.The polyacrylate foam prepared by chemical foaming method has high open-cell rate and no foam stabilizer compatible with polyacrylate foaming system.In order to solve the problem of poor waterproofing caused by the high open-cell rate of poly acrylate foam and the poor compatibility between the existing foam stabilizer and polyacrylic ester,a series of foam stabilizers for polyacrylate foam were synthesized with methyl methacrylate,acrylic acid and amino silicone oil as raw materials.The effect of the foam stabilizer on the foaming of polyacrylate was studied.In addition,in order to obtain polyacrylate foam with good cushioning properties,the influence of the structure and pore size on the mechanical properties of the polyacrylate foam was also studied.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Firstly,a series of aminosiloxane grafted polyacrylates were synthesized by radical copolymerization and amidation,which were used as foam stabilizer of polyacrylate foaming system.Then,it was characterized by infrared spectrum,organic element analysis and viscosity test.The results showed that the preparation of polyacrylate foam stabilizer was successful.(2)In order to obtain the best foam stabilizer for polyacrylate,the effects of the amount of foam stabilizer,molecular weight of side chain of foam stabilizer and the number of side chains on the foaming of polyacrylate were investigated.The results showed that the polyacrylate foam stabilizer had a significant effect on the pore size,the closed-cell rate and the water absorption rate of the polyacrylate foam.When the dosage of foam stabilizer is 1%,the molecular weight of side chain is 6700 and the ratio of side chain is 30%,the polyacrylate foam has fine pore density,high density,closed-cell rate,and low water absorption.(3)The effect of pore structure and size on the mechanical properties of polyacrylate foam was studied through the regulation of foam stabilizer on cell structure and foam agent on cell size.The results show that the higher the closed-cell rate of the polyacrylate foam,the greater the impact energy absorption rate of the foam point and surface.Moreover,with the increase of pore size,the point impact energy absorption of foam increases,and the surface impact energy absorption decreases.The smaller the foam cell,the greater the compression strength,tensile strength and elongation at break.
