Under the guidance of the national long-term environmental protection concept of "green mountains and clear waters are golden hills and silver mountains",various industries have higher environmental protection requirements for chemical materials,and the application market of green environmental protection materials is also larger.This paper selected a good biological compatibility,biodegradable,easy process of poly(vinyl alcohol)hydrogel as base material,use three crosslinking agent after the preparation of the crosslinking modification of poly(vinyl alcohol)/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose composite liquid film and study its performance,to explore its possible application scenarios,popularization and application to lay a certain foundation for the future.First,design the mode of crosslinking,the prepay with citric acid and glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent first,glyoxal to modification of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and starch,then with gradient crosslinked.poly(vinyl alcohol),the preparation of a new type of functional water gel liquid film,its characteristic is the film substrate are biodegradable material,compound liquid film has a certain "dissolved" reversibility,And the precrosslinking mode can make the crosslinking between the film substrate more compact,more stable performance.The experimental results show that the structure of the compound liquid film is more compact and smooth after crosslinking with citric acid,and it has the reversibility of dissolution.Secondly,based on the performance of the modified blend film,the corresponding application field was developed.The preservation effect of polyvinyl alcohol/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/starch/citric acid film on eggs and its inhibition effect on some strains were investigated.The experimental results showed that the egg preservation method using the film solution as the coating agent can indeed play a role in egg preservation,when the citric acid content is 1.4%,the egg can prolong the shelf life of 5-10 days.In addition,the film had a good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and egg surface bacteria suitable for growth on LB medium,and the higher the citric acid content,the better the inhibitory effect.Finally,the application of polyvinyl alcohol/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/starch/citric acid film on liquid mulching film was explored.Nanometer humus was added on the basis of modified blending film with citric acid content of 1.2%,and the performance of films made by different nano humus content was studiedExperimental results show that when the nanometer humus content is 10g/L,film has the best mechanical properties,blocking performance is relatively good,also can be used as liquid film development,not only has good water retention,effectively prevent the loss of soil moisture content,and the nanometer humus contains many trace elements,is help for soil improvement.
