Metal cultural relics,especially iron cultural relics,have mostly suffered severe corrosion.The differences in the excavation site and the preservation environment after excavation have caused various types of corrosion of iron cultural relics.When researching on the corrosion and protection of iron cultural relics,it is necessary to comprehensively consider many factors to help rationally protect iron cultural relics.At present,most of the iron cultural relics that have been excavated are stored in the outdoor natural environment or displayed or preserved in the museum.The main corrosion they suffer is atmospheric corrosion.The existing research on the protection of iron cultural relics mostly adopts full immersion in a corrosive medium solution.The research conducted in this article should adopt research methods that are more suitable for the actual preservation environment of iron cultural relics.The electrochemical corrosion under the liquid film is more suitable for the characteristics of atmospheric corrosion.However,there are few studies and reports on the corrosion behavior and corrosion protection under the liquid film of iron cultural relics.Research on the atmospheric corrosion behavior and corrosion protection of ironware is of great significance.Accordingly,the main research work and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of cast iron under different corrosion conditions was studied by electrochemical methods.The thickness of the liquid layer and the length of immersion will affect the corrosion rate of cast iron.The corrosion rate is the largest when immersed in a liquid film with a thickness of 300 ?m for 4 hours;the corrosivity of the electrolyte has the greatest impact on the corrosion rate of cast iron.Under normal circumstances,when other liquid film conditions are the same,the electrolyte The greater the corrosiveness of the cast iron,the greater the maximum value of the corrosion rate of cast iron,and the smaller the corresponding liquid film thickness.2.The electrochemical method was used to study the pre-film corrosion inhibition performance of several common corrosion inhibitors on cast iron under liquid film,and the results were verified by salt spray resistance test and outdoor exposure test.The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the tannic acid compound corrosion inhibitor is low,the highest is about 35%;the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the other compound corrosion inhibitors is the highest between 60%-75%.However,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of several corrosion inhibitors decreases rapidly with the extension of the corrosion time.Among them,the tannic acid compound corrosion inhibitor and the cerium nitrate compound corrosion inhibitor even appear to accelerate the corrosion phenomenon after about 24 hours of corrosion,and the other compound corrosion inhibitors The agent maintains a corrosion inhibition efficiency of about 30%after being corroded for about 24 hours.3.With the help of orthogonal experiments,a pre-filming corrosion inhibitor was compounded and its pre-filming conditions were optimized.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,salt spray resistance experiment and outdoor exposure test were adopted to test the corrosion inhibitor's corrosion inhibitor effect.The inspection found that the compound corrosion inhibitor showed good pre-film corrosion inhibition performance under the above accelerated corrosion test conditions.The corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach up to about 87%.After 48 hours of corrosion,the corrosion inhibition effect is reduced to about 50%and basically maintained No change,its corrosion inhibition efficiency is better than the corrosion inhibitor tested before,indicating that the optimization effect is better.The chromatic aberration before and after pre-filming with the corrosion inhibitor is less than 5.00,which meets the needs of cultural relic protection.4.The simulated atmospheric corrosion environment test method adopted in this paper can effectively test the corrosion inhibition performance of iron corrosion inhibitor,and the salt spray test and outdoor exposure test have proved the validity of the test results,it provides a new research idea and direction for the development and evaluation of iron corrosion inhibition materials.
